THIS IS A GREAT STORE, ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE, I HAVE BEEN BUY AT THIS STORE FROM THE 1ST DAY IT OPENED. SOME OF THE WORKERS ALREADY KNOW ME BY NAME.

I enjoy shopping at this store. 1st because I have always been treated with respect and very nicely. I have been a customer of this store since the very 1st day this store opened. I know many of the people working here by name by now and they of me, it feels good when you are greeted by your first name when shopping. THANKS GUYS AND GALS , you are the store not the building and all it goods.

HAD TROUBLE FINDING ONE OF THE ITEMS I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT THE ASSOCIATE I FOUND KNEW WHERE THE PRODUCTS WERE AND DIRECTED ME TO THE CORRECT ASILES

I never have complaints with this store but wish they had more lumber handcarts available.

We drive 1/2 hr to this, our closest HD store and in this past year are happy with the improvements we've seen. (It appears they do read the feedback we give about negatives.) The staff's customer service has improved as well as the cleanliness and organization of the store. It's nice to shop there now.

Store is dirty. No help from anyone. Hard to find why looking for.

Associates asked if I needed help. The aisles are neat and easy to push a cart through.

Every time I shop at the Home Depot I am always presently suprised with the friendliness of the associates. They're always helpful even when you aren't looking for assistance. Great store!

the store is always clean execpt for things people deside not to get and just leave blocking the isles, but it's easy to find what you need and every time i needed an assosiate they have been very helpful and freindly

I would have to recommend this store because it's the only one close to us (1/2 hour) though we often shop at their competitor up the road. The employees are improving as they no longer turn around and run when they see a customer coming at them with a question. They are polite even though some aren't friendly. Customer service training would be useful for them. The store still feels cluttered and unclean which should be corrected. We like ordering online and picking up in the store for no shipping charges. Some of their staff is excellent: friendly, helpful and know the stock in the store. We appreciate them and their efforts. We like the things they stock that are hard to find and some of their staff in paint are really good: helpful, friendly and know their stuff. Given all the problems, we keep returning because pricing is usually good and the variety of merchandise carried is good.

Store was nice and neat! Associates were everywhere busy but willing to help! I always find what I need with the help of a friendly face!

Most of the time the employees are very helpful! I almost always need help loading my jeep and there is always someone readily available to help!

The store in Rosenberg is always clean, well stocked and associates available to assist. Cashiers are prompt and very friendly. I have shopped at numerous Hope Depot's over the years and this location is by far my favorite.

HAVING THE RIGHT ITEMS AVAILABLE, VARIETY OF OPTIONS, EASE OF FINDING ITEMS, HELP OF ASSOCIATES REMARKABLE AND FULLY MEETING MY IMMEDIATE HOME REPAIR/REPLACEMENT NEEDS. CAN'T ASK FOR MUCH MORE FROM ONE TRIP. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

Great store has everything I need it has everything I need for my house but I need more money to shop with home depot
