The WORST experience! I ordered kitchen cabinets and should have taken my business elsewhere after dealing with an associate that wanted to design the kitchen how SHE wanted it. After numerous disagreements and arguments, she finally ordered what I wanted. When I was notified about receiving my cabinets, they were delivered without my knowledge AND delivered to the wrong residence. When I finally received the cabinets to my residence, I expressed my frustration to the delivery driver who agreed that this Home Depot location has SEVERAL complaints with specialty orders and even recommended that I another competitor specifically for kitchen cabinets. To add to the frustration, I had a cabinet missing from the order and other cabinets were damaged. After numerous calls back and forth to Home Depot, I began recording conversations after being told to “...stop complaining so I can talk” by an associate who was less than helpful. I was then given the run around about who the store manager was and was denied a contact for customer complaints. I had to call another Home Depot (Missouri City) who provided me with the complaint information. After dealing with too many issues to ramble on about, I returned to the store to obtain a refund for over $5000. My refund was processed by a very unprofessional assistant MANAGER who was bothered by my frustration and told me and my ill mother to leave. This project was suppose to be for my mother who is battling cancer. My hopes were to make her happy and instead it has stressed us out. I am now going on almost two months without a kitchen.
