Lori (Kitchen and Bath) was so incredibly helpful.

The associates in the garden department very attentive they caught my eye right away and stepped up to the plate answering my questions about battery operated lawnmowers. the associate who was really helpful was Scott Newman who made a confusing purchase, totally easy. He provided the kind of customer service that makes customers come back .

I said this once and I'll say it again, customer service is key. I can't pass a Home Depot associate without being asked if I need help and if I need something I know Home Depot has it.

My husband and I frequent this Home Depot not just because it is close to us, but really, because of the employees. Each time we visit, even if we have our 4 children with us, the employees are engaging, talking with us AND our children. Helpful, they offer assistance and tell us their name like a friend who is there to help, not just someone who is there for a paycheck. Courteous, they excuse themselves and have nice manners. Respectful, they offer assistance one or two times, but if it is something we as customers get in-out-and done, they never make you feel bad about that. Rossford Home Depot has the friendliest, and most helpful employees! Thank you!

The flooring department could use a little assistance. I recently purchased vinyl flooring and neither employee helping me used a cardboard sleeve when they rolled up the vinyl flooring. This made it very difficult to manage getting the product out the door and into my vehicle.

I've been shopping Home Depot for years (and another store closer to me ) and hands down(unlike the other store) Home Depot has great customer service. Home Depot may be eight miles further than this other store I will shop Home Depot

This store was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful. I wish I could remember names because they were all very helpful. Checkout was fast and friendly. Great experience.

We’ve had occasion to visit multiple departments in this store over the last week and every one was pleasant. Every person we encountered, greeted us, some asked if there was anything he/she could help us find. The individual department personnel were knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and made it very easy to spend our money at Home Depot, instead of any competitor! We will be back!!
