This Home Depot on Airport Highway in Toledo is the best of all the other Home Depot Stores. I will drive a little longer just to know they will take care of me here. The custom order department and pro desk are generally on top of the game. The two Kari employees do a good job and make sure we are ready to roll from job to job. Thank you for putting up with the Chaos during the pandemic; Corporate should be proud of there employees at this particular store.

At Home Depot, getting involved in our local community is important to us. We support our local VFW posts. We also offer hands-on learning and expert advice at our DIY workshops, with topics tailored to everyone in your family, including fun monthly workshops for kids.

What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

This Home Depot store is the better one in the Toledo area. I get better help from associates. I shop at everyone, depending on where are jobs are located. Airport Highway #3801; knocks the new curb side pick up out of the park. The rest of the area stores, especially Secor Rd store should follow suit. The special order customer service desk always runs smoothly and get us in and out without any issues. We typically do are special orders at this store because we know we will get taken care of. Kari is the one who usually helps us and she knows whats she is doing.

The special service desk is always helpful and gets me in and out most of the time. The new curbside pick up is awesome, especially for contractors. The new store manager Jason was helpful and got me squared away. A very neat and organized store compared to the rest of the Home Depot stores located in the Toledo area. Carrie at the service/customer desk is always a big help with my employees and picking stuff up, there is rarely an issue. Sometimes there are hiccups with things, but the Airport Highway store always get me squared away.
