We found super cool products that we had never seen before, and excellent prices even lower than the competitors that we had shopped at, Very friendly and helpful sales associates and we were very impressed overall with the store.

Found what I needed and was in and out quickly but had to dodge product and loaders in aisles. I usually have trouble locating anyone to help me in this store.

The Home Depot employee was knowledgeable and helpful in ordering the Frigidaire Wall Oven.She also was able to check us out with the few items we had as well.

We are looking for new Bathtub and the service specialist help us find the suitable one and do the special order for me. My family like the one we choose and satisfied with Home Depot great customer services.

I needed help trying to construct a watering system for my NUMEROUS plants along my entire carport in my mobile home to stay compliant with the watering restrictions imposed by the parks owner's. The watering system currently in place had sprinkler heads that put out too fine a mist and the heads were too far away from the pots. The restriction was a timing issue "per sprinkler head". The man that ended up helping me and solving the whole issue was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but patient. He took what to me seemed a complicated problem and simplified it into a drip system off of ONE port...Genus! I just read that I cannot use his name...I wish I could because V should get a raise.

I was very happy with the personal that attended me, the are very friendly.

Very helpful staff. Easy navigation and not too crowded. And the best part is they allow dogs in the store!

John in the plumbing aisle will help out with parts you might need for do-it-yourself jobs. Good guy, all business and no non-sense.

I would avoid go to this HD. Associate were not helpful at all. The last couple of times shopping at the store noticed improvement. Good job.

I needed to find something that you don't sell so I had to have a piece of metal cut into 8 pieces to come away with what I needed. The guys in the Tool dept. were glad to help me. They cut it in 8 pieces for me, rang me up and sent me on my way. They were kind, funny and most of all helpful. I love it when men don't treat me like I'm a stupid woman and don't know what I'm talking about. I brought my purchase home and all 8 pieces fit perfectly. I am very pleased and I will be back : )

I needed some speciality hardware items during this visit, and one quick question to an associate got me what I needed.

I have always liked this Home Depot especially the nursery part. The staff is friendly, honest, and available. Got what I needed, got some extra info from the staff, happily left. No unnecessary persuasion nor sales pitch. Simple and helpful.

The store associates are always asking if we need help!

Cris More was very helpful with his service, was always there to help Know the products well and was able to help us make a choice.

For me it was a unique shopping experience. Store layout and product selection and curtesy extended were impressive.

I was looking for storage shelf clips and the first associate I asked had no idea where they were or if they carried the product. He sent me to the wrong isle. A second associate led me to the other side of the store where we eventually found what I needed.

Home Depot, During my visit today I was assisted by an associate outside his specific department. George, at the San Marcos Home depot. George went far above and beyond the question I asked correcting the components I had for my project and recommending a few I was not aware of. His patience and also the act of him walking me to each product in various aisles was exceptional. As I understand this used to be a standard practice at Home Depot. George exemplifies and exceeds the level of service I would like. I greatly appreciate his service and will now return to this store specifically for all related projects in hopes I can work with George or an associate of his caliber. Thank you George for your time. Unrelated to the exceptional customer service, some product offerings are slim pickings ie bath fixtures or general hardware. Otherwise, excellent Home Depot Store. Plenty of help within the store. Friendly employees and very helpful. My only complaint would be that they filled the aisles with "buy's" (stacks of merchandise) and you could not walk or maneuver around the stacks.

Found products and obtained associate help with relatively little effort. The store was clean and well organized, although I did not find the exact item I was looking for (an ornamental chain). However, I did find an adequate substitute that allowed me to complete the project.

I was amazed by how knowledgeable the store associate was in finding the four items I was looking for. He didn't drop me off at the isle but made sure I was holding the item needed and walked me to another isle and did the same thing! Very happy with this visit! Check out was a breeze as well!

The products are easy to locate in this store. All aisles are clean and in order.

Associate stayed with me until all my questions and items where in hand.
