This store has always been great, with a friendly atmosphere and great service.

Many thanks to Kim from appliances who helped me today place an order over the phone by staying in the line with me patiently for almost an hour. You rock!

Great customer service from Claudette, she showed me a Dewalt specials after noticing I was buying some Dewalt tools. She was also cleaning down the front after each customer would use a check out, she was very busy and still paused and help me get the best value.

Kim from appliances was awesome! She went above and beyond to help my family find a fridge during this pandemic time! I would recommend shopping at the Santa Fe Home Depot for all your house hold needs! ...Thanks Kim!! ..The Rivera"s

The paint department is ageist and awful. I've tried to get paint there twice and both times there was no help. Today I literally had an employee yell at us to get out of the way of an older customer and curtly reply "she's old dude, what do you want me to do? Make her walk more?!". When we said he was rude he replied with "I'm sorry you misunderstood what I said". You told us to "get out of the way" not sure what there was to misunderstand. No covid protocols followed. Cashiers were in a high school gossip group up front offering no help.

Bought wood pellets and when unloading found some bags were ripped or had holes in them and some pellets were wet and turned to sawdust.

This store does not follow strict Covid rules. Employees wear masks around their necks, sip on beverages as they walk through the store, do not follow six feet rule. And, it is grossly understaffed.

If you are tired of the poor service and lack of stock at the other home improvement big box store in Santa Fe, come home to Home Depot. I'm glad I did.

My shopping experience was marred by an honest mistake at check out!! My item was sold to me at about $800.00 below price. The manager informed me about mistake & told me they would share the price with me at half & half. I thought that was pretty fair & I think it was very Nobel!!

Unless you're buying an appliance (Sylvia is fabulous) the store has the worst service in santa fe. trying to find help is almost impossible in other departments and when you do they are not very friendly.

Great help from Jerry in plumbing. Saved us $400.00 today!

Service provided was excellent. Purchased over phone from California for pickup at NM store by my brother and employees were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. The tile showed online as unavailable but MGR was able to find exactly what I needed and I purchased 33 boxes of tile and 3 bags of sanded grout. Couldn't be happier!

Employees have a poor attitude at this location and do not care about customer service. Managers are not very accessible and if you do speak to one, they are not the one associated with the department you have an issue with. When I ask an employee who their manager is, they can not even tell me. Many items are out of stock and are not properly organized. Carts are seldom available in the garden center and the employees refused to find me a flat cart to use to gather my purchases, told me to go find one myself.

Home Depot is definitely the home improvement store you want to go to if you have any interest in good customer service. Kim made ordering a new dishwasher and scheduling delivery and installation so very easy.

I’ve been shopping here for years in Santa Fe and this store has always been a little rough around the edges but during this Covid Pandemic it’s been awful. Employees breaking social distancing with each other and myself all the time. It’s so busy that you can’t find any help. Which is confusing because I often see clumps of employees standing around talking in the middle of aisles, but never when I need one’s help. Items stocked in the wrong places everywhere. I will start going to another hardware store from now on when I can.

Their customer service team needs work in actually being helpful. Mangers are apparently a miracle to conjure and very rare. I would not recommend this store if English is not your first language as almost any employee we encountered was not trained to even try and communicate with people who might speak Spanish.

Garden section check out understaffed. Cashier very friendly, but overwhelmed. Called about 6 times for help. I was in line for 30 minutes. Flat bed card: none available at garden section. Needed to go and wait for 20 minutes to get one at other end of store in "contractor section"

Do not expect to be treated with anything other than an a "NON HUMAN" 9 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES said they would help and left us standing there!! WHAT A SHAME ON THIS STORE!! SHAME SHAME

Had a good time shopping at the store. Not too busy and checkout was quick. Found exactly what I was looking for and bought two just for good measure. I wish the associates were a bit more helpful rather than just leading me in the general direction, but it's hard to expect too much these days from anyone.

When purchasing appliances the support staff was really great. You need to know that you have to go in. Identify what you like. Find a sales person and they will guide you through the process. Just know they do not have appliances in stock.

During this time of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Santa Fe Home Depot store is taking appropriate precautions to protect both its customers and employees. I feel comfortable shopping at this location, and I usually can find with ease what I am looking for.

The employees here are always eager to help out The store is always clean and well stocked. I had great help from everyone.

The associates in the store were extremely helpful. No impatience and they were fully knowledgeable about the items that I was looking for. One was a special paint and the other was a 5 star washer and dryer.

The employees of this Home Depot are eager to help out , they are available to the public. They don’t walk away and hide , they magnify their calling and are knowledgeable about their store .

We went there to get potting soil for our garden and when we checked out our cashier Katrina said would you like to open a credit card today it will save you $50. Couldn't turn it down. She did a great job!
