I've shopped at this store for many years. For most of that time, I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is usually well trained and helpful.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot the people are very helpful and some times very funny. Good group

The Store # 1904 ASM Tracy when don't help the Pro Customer and don't honor product warranty which they sell in their store, What should a customer do.

I worked with Andrew in the paint department and he was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. He has helped us many times when we buy paint today we just noticed it more than others.

I've worked with multiple people over time & they were very helpful & did good follow-up. On multiple occasions employees have gone beyond expectations helping find things.

DEEN WAS AWESOME WITH HELPING US LOCATE MORE PORCELAIN TILES FROM A DIFFERENT STORE, HE MADE SURE THEY DID A PHYSICAL INVENTORY COUNT AND HAD IT ON HOLD FOR ME.

The appliance department was great they know their stuff and they have magic trick beside bringing down the prices

I bought few week ago a sump pump at this Schaumburg Home Depot # 1904 and the pump stop working, at the return desk associate name Deen refused the return. I wounder what happen to the 90 days return policy of the company, who is going to remind this associate about the company return policy. How the store management working to better the shopping experience of the customers, I am trying to reach the DM of Home Depot from two day at his cell # 847 502 9493 all I am getting his voice mail.

If you need any appliances, I recommend seeking out Vern at the Schaumburg store. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to what we wanted. When we talked about wanting a different burner he even looked into the availability of an older model. i recognize it was his job to help us and do what he can to help, but he did it with a smile and not a single hint of aggravation which you don't always find in retail employees especially when you are at the end of the day which we were. He was great and highly recommend him.

Today's visit was made pleasurable because of how helpful the store associate by the name of Vern. He took time to explain the difference between what we saw online and what we saw in the store.

Every employee I have encountered is super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It is always organized and clean. Well done!

I would recommend the store because everything you want is available. I come here always find what I need if they don't have it they let you know the next time it is there. Also what time you need to be there as well.

Not to much equipment in stock

James in the paint department was fantastic. He helped me select the right color, brand, and finish of paint needed to complete my bathroom. He showed patience with me and really took his time to understand my needs. He also explained a few paint related tricks to me! He deserves a raise!!!!

I've been in the store on a routine basis since buying my home in the area. While there are plenty of nice people who work here, the ones that are not stand out. For example, the old gentleman in the plumbing section tried to school me on how to replace my toilet when I didn't asked him. This wasn't helpful but more a talking down to me because I'm a girl - dude, I've already replaced my own toilets just give me what I asked for without talking down to me because I'm not a professional plumber. Then there is the older gentlemen who came to "help" me cut wood today. After I waited 25 minutes for this dude to show up, he then told me it wasn't his job to cut the wood into multiple pieces. I did not want to the wood cut in half because the measurement would have been off so I had to take the entire piece out of the store. You would think after we waited 25 minutes for this guy to show up he would at least be courteous enough to just cut the wood. This wasn't rocket science.

This store repackages returned items and sells them as new product. Very dishonest.

Qasim Deen in flooring is awesome. he help me in load everything in my truck I am disable and have back issues but he help me and feel like Home. thank you so much for helping me in cold night. i spend couple of grands in different store but this store is awesome due to their associates. once again Qasim Deen for helping me out.

Store was neat and organized...Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.
