For my taste, this store is better organized and stocked that the competitor in Fort Payne. The lady at the Help Desk (Jaedon) is always cheerful and helpful. If you have a problem, she can almost always 'fix' it!

The store was clean associates helped me with what I was looking for.Everyone was very friendly.

The sales associates always ask you if you need any help as soon as you enter the door. Willing to spend as much time as necessary to help you find what you need. Very friendly employees!

The best thing about this store are the people and how helpful and nice they are.

I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store. The sales associate was very willing to help me with all the items I needed. I got a new Cub Cadet LT42 mower and everyone was great. I will definitely shop at the Scottsboro Home Depot again.

The store was clean but no associates to help you find or get anything. They will walk right past you and never say a word or even look at you. I had to ask one where to find a part (of course they did not go with me) and when I got there the box was empty. So I guess the associate had not re-stocked the shelves with the part. I would not suggest this store to anyone!

After using the Mobile Application before going, I was able to go to the correct Section in the store and find what I needed. With the assistance of two clerks which made it easier I was surprised once again with the selection provided. I always meet other friendly people in the store and we strum up a conversation about how lucky we are that the Scottsboro Home Depot is so organized and the people are so friendly. Every time I've been to my local Home Depot the associates are extremely nice and helpful. They all seem to genuinely enjoy working there. The other large chain store is actually closer to my home but I happily driver to Home Depot simply for their associates attitudes.
