We were greeted by several employees and asked throughout the store if we needed assistance. We received assistance locating the items that we needed and with the self checkout.

We bought the last Westwood Chandelier from the bin it was in from the Home Depot Store in Scottsboro Alabama. When checking out our cashier Stephanie notices that the box was beaten up on both sides so the took off $20.00 on the price which made our day!! GOD BLESS YOU STEPHANIE!!YOU ROCK!! HEY HOME DEPOT...WHEN GIVING RAISES PLEASE KEEP STEPHANIE IN MIND!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN ASSISTING US!! THANK YOU!!

We ordered appliances from Home Depot and Kim in appliances helped us. Her eagerness to help us and find us exactly what would fit our needs was above and beyond what you can find in employees today. She found us a better microwave but because of the current promotions it cost us the same as the cheaper and original one we were going to get. Kim made that suggestion which was awesome

This store has a friendly and helpful staff. They took the grill I purchased apart so it would fit in my car. They loaded it in the car for me AND retrieved my propane tank. I was so happy with their help.

Great help in locating a particular item

Christie Brownfield, designer, was fabulous to work with and extremely helpful. She was very friendly, calm, easy going, thorough, creative, and patient. I appreciated her willingness to continue searching for the best product, best price, and most efficient delivery time.

Since HD decided to implement their military discount program through an app on your phone, it's been a huge source of stress that has been added to my shopping experience. I uploaded the app, registered through the Sheer ID source on the app and it has yet to work properly for me. I have tried several times to get it to function properly, at home and at the store with no success. I've shared this problem with Sheer ID twice, with no response. I've asked for customer service and cashiers to help me pull it up with no success. Most of the employees at this store try with the same result...nothing. It inevitably ends with a friendly cashier looking at my military ID and honring the discount. But on May 20th, a gardening dept. cashier named Delores was absolutely rude about it. After she rang me up, seeing me struggling with the app not working, she told me I needed to step out of line, void my transaction, and come back after I figured it out. I told her nevermind and payed without my military discount, even after showing her ID. She said I could only get the discI unt through the app and added "I have never had anyone NOT be able to pull up their information on the app." I will continue shopping at this store because there isn't a HD or similar store nearby, but I will refuse to ever have Delores as my cashier. And I would appreciate it if HD would continue honoring Military ID cards for those of us who can't figure out this stupid app you've installed. And a "thanks for your service," like I used to hear would be nice.

Very unreliable delivery team. They don’t show up as scheduled, and don’t contact you.

Every time my husband and I have been to this store not once have we had to hunt an employee down for assistance or feel like we are bothering someone for whatever help we need. There are always employees asking do we need help. We wish there was a Home Depot closer to our Crossville, AL location. Home Depot always seems to have whatever product you are looking for in store as well.

Every time I go to home depot I get exactly what I want fairly quickly and always have an easy time getting help when needed. Casey brown works at Scottsboro’s HOME DEPOT and he has been one of the nicest people that’s ever greeted me there. It’s always a pleasure to run into him in the store. He’s always working hard and is very knowledgeable when it comes to needing to know how to use a product or anything of the sort.

If need help and you probably will in the plumbing department, you need to ask for Heather to assist you.

Had to get help in picking our correct plumbing parts.

I moved here from Alaska recently. The store in Kenai, Ak employees greeted you upon entering and had plenty of employees on the spots around store to assist you on finding items and answering questions. This store needs more employees on the floor to assist customers. You have to hunt them down, if you are lucky enough to find one, and they don't always be able to answer your questions.

Installation service is a complete rip off I can’t believe Home Depot would allow their customers to be taken advantage of like this. I used to enjoy shopping here but I will never return. Just to sum it up quickly how can you justify letting your installer charge over $500 to install a $400 water heater simple installation That took less than two hours. I thought Home Depot was better than this don’t mind people making money for service But ripping people off in a time of stress it’s something I’ll never understand and Home Depot allows it I will carry my business elsewhere from now on

I USE THIS LOCAL HOME DEPOT VERY MUCH...AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL... THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME SINCE I'M ON DISABILITY WITH A BAD BACK AND I CANNOT STAND OR WALK FOR ANY LONG PERIOD OF TIME... MUCH THANKS FROM THIS OLD GUY....!!!!!!!!

The associate Mikey went over and beyond. To help and to walk me where the products were I was needing, not just point and say daah daah. And you are left searching for the product, he turned a disaster into a smile. Cashier was very nice. Store was clean inside and out.

Clean store, but terrible service! The employee made sure to maintain his condescending tone and belittle us as we tried to solve a plumbing problem. Congrats to him for being in the plumbing industry for a lifetime, but knowledge does not equal good service. There was also a disappointing selection of modern finishes in plumbing.
