I went in and found what I needed and then store clerk came up as I was looking for last item and showed me where it was then check out was quick and I completed my project for the day. Great Service

I purchased carpet at Home Depot solely due to the excellent service I received from Brianna. She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience pleasant and informative. It is rare to find this kind of employee at a big box store, even one that is known for having well-trained staff, and I will return to this store because of the way I was treated by Brianna. She certainly knows her way around flooring, and I am pleased with my carpet purchase.

I am very pleased with the Manager on duty and the customer service I recieved at the store. I walked away feeling confident on my purchase.

Home Depot bends over backwards for the general public.....but could use a few more people on floor for customer assistance. Over all 4 1/2 stars....

This store is very difficult about customers returning defective tools. The associates do their hardest to deny any returns. I suggest that one should not shop at this Home Depot.

I walked in the wrong door to bring back a sink stopper and was greeted by a friendly cashier who called the service desk to let her know I was coming her way to bring things back. That way I didnt look like a shop lifter... So that was nice.

We are bulding a pergola, and the cashier and loaders gathered my materials quickly and efficienytly. Deborah answered my questions. Justin and Brandon loaded my truck. It was a very good shopping experience.

It's great to see the employees smiling at you when they ask if they can be of help when I said yes they not only said they did have the product but walked with me to the location..boy I must have really looked lost..anyway I appreciated the direction and help

Thanks to Home Depot we were able to quickly pick up supplies needed for clean-up after a particularly bad rainstorm left lots of water in our hangar!
