    They don’t honor their pricing
    Bought flooring 11/2022 & shelf pricing was $32.54/case but wouldn’t sell to me at that price…because the computer says $48.23/case. Liar & deceptive. Fix the shelf pricing if it’s not correct. I bet the shelf still showing the wrong price. They did not cared to honor the price.

      Worst customer service ever. buyer beware buying appliances
      Bought a new $4000 LG fridge online. Installers damaged fridge. Damage not apparent till after a few days. Called HD to report. They said you only have 2 days to notice any damage, sorry. HD had 2 guys come out to look.They sent LG to come look. Center flap broken due to right/bottom door hinge bent so far down, hinge pushed it fridge casing and rubbed on the center drawer. HD guys said, yep its damaged, you need to get HD to replace it. LG guy said installer screwed hinge in too tight. Was not repairable. Will need new fridge. All agreed on damage and that HD should stand behind product. I've been on phone/text with HD so many times.Put on hold and after 30 min, call dropped. So much more than what I can fit in this review. Jumping through hoops, told something different every time. All they had to do was bring a replacement and take the damaged one back. Was told on 2 occasions that would send new fridge. After waiting for days with no call, I called back to ask whats up, only to be told, sorry we have no record of that, we cant help you since you didnt call within 48 hours of delivery. On and on and on. They have no idea about Customer service. Still waiting on replacement 2 months later.

        Mower blades for ZTR 50 Ultima mower
        I purchased a $4,000 Cub Cadet mower last year at the Gainesville, Texas store and now I discover that the Gainesville store does not carry the mower blades for the machine I purchased at their store. AND I am unable to order them online and have them delivered to the store for pickup. I am told by store personnel that I cannot order online and have it delivered to the store. I was also told that I have to go to the Denton or Sherman Texas store (a 1 hour drive to either location) to purchase the blades, since they have the blades in stock. I like the mower, but I am really disappointed that I cannot get the blades from the Gainesville store.

          A hard to Find Fastener was found by an Outstanding Employee-Kathy Thomas
          I needed a Delta Shower Valve Flange Installation Screw that was Stripped by the installer. Kathy Thomas went to the Delta Website, and found the Screw size. Then took my wife and I over to the Fastener Aisle, and found the Stainless Screw. Kathy is AMAZING!

                    I was getting an order made at the Prodesk when a lady manager with long white hair was very rude and had an attitude towards the prodesk girls when they were doing an amazing job helping me and other customers. No way to treat your employees
