absolutely one my all time favorite stores! been coming to home depot for a long time now! always go to home depot for fun little projects for the house!!!! everyone is always so helpful and friendly!!!! its like a toy store for me!

We like to use Kathleen she had helped us in the past with carpet for our mobile homes. This time we need a new counter top for our kitchen. She is a very friendly and informed employee.

JUST REALLY NICE ,honored my veteran card no hassle just great service.

It's nice to walk into such a big store always having friendly staff willing to help you and answer any questions you have. Always willing to go above and beyond to make my shopping experience better and help out with what ever home project I might have.

Had a wall tile class posted for today and no one was able to conduct the class. Fairview road Home Depot poorly staffed!

Went to Home Depot looking for replacement flooring for our sunroom. Found what we were looking for and on sale. Purchased and brought home that day.

Purchase an open box appliance that was clearly marked with a bright yellow mark-down tag as a freezer. I was willing to purchase a new in box freezer but they do not stock the upright freezers in the store. I was in an emergency situation as my current freezer was failing and I was about to go out of town for a week. I took the appliance home and after a short cool down period stocked it with frozen food. After a short while the appliance had turned off after only reading about 31 degrees. After troubleshooting the controls and going online I discovered it was actually a refrigerator and not a freezer. I dashed out to lowes because it was near closing time and purchased a larger freezer, new in box, for about the same price. When I returned the refrigerator to Home Depot in Simpsonville a manager looked out the window and stated that that was a freezer. WOW really after what I had just gone through? I need Home Depot to reimburse me for my spoilage as well as my delivery and handling of a misrepresented product.

You have the best store, love shopping there! I will always come to Home Depot first.

The store is very bright. All items are well stocked. Always a great shopping experience!

In the flooring department, Tasha & Tameka are very knowledgeable about flooring, but also retrieved & loaded the lumber buggy, going all the way to other department,s to get me everything I needed for the job since I'm unable to walk or stand but for a few minutes at a time. They also took time to listen and made calls to help me find a contractor to lay the tile since I needed it done the next day! BUT ALSO once when on my way to checkout, I became upset, from the anxiety of starting a remodel, at the Lumber checkout, in tears, I told Carolyn about the huge remodeling we are about to undertake, for the 1st time ever at the age of 55 and Carolyn gave me a big hug, told me about the Pro Xtra area & introduced me to Paulette Brown, The Pro Department Specialist, who gave me her card and insisted that I could call her anytime with questions. THE HOME DEPOT IN SIMPSONVILLE, SC, IS NOW MY GO TO PLACE!!! AND EVERYTHING I PURCHASED FOR THE TILE JOB WAS SO INEXPENSIVE, IT WAS UNDER $200...I AM VERY HAPPY!!!

I always find the store neat and orderly I go there feeling confident that I will probably find what I am looking for and than some. My only problem is that because I am somewhat handicapped I find it inconvenient to have to check out at one end of the store. It would be very helpful if one could check out at either entrance as is the custom with most other stores.

The microwave we wanted from this store was out of stock in the color we wanted, and the associate in Appliances was kind enough to adjust the price of a different color of the same microwave, but which was not on sale, down to the sale price so we didn't have to go to a different store. We've also made other purchases here without needing any associate help and have had only positive experiences.

Store assistant asked us if we needed assistance within a few mins. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the product which we purchased without waiting at the cashier. This employee summoned another employee and loaded a large lawn mower box on to our truck. The best service we have ever experienced.

I was able to purchase a product that I really needed online but had issues trying to return it and purchase another through store at lower price.

My shopping experience exceeded my expectations due to associate Paulette's helpfulness, determination and knowledge.

We have been shopping at this particular HOME DEPOT store in Simpsonville since they opened. We have always found this store to be a fun store to shop at. We have gotten to know several employees both FT & PT over the years. When we need to ask someone where to find an items....they usually go the extra mile and take us to the right section of the aisle. We LOVE shopping here and love to look at all the different products they carry!

Best to avoid Kathleen, who works in the cabinet department. She was pretty rude when asked a simple question regarding what was used to affix counter tops to cabinetry.

Thank you Home Depot for good experiences three times this week while I visited the store and made purchases.

Sorry no better no worst than Lowes! Home Depot you need to hit up an Ikea. There is one just north of Atlanta. It's time for a New Home Depot!

We had such a positive experience with the associate Kathleen who took the time to assist us with selecting our counter top. She also made helpful suggestions and had great ideas we never thought of. We felt like she really cared. Now we can't wait to make our appointment to begin the process.
