this mower is amazing, first time Honda mower owner and I really liked how it is to be taken out of the box, with the box arrows up it simply rolls out. The smart drive glides easily with no effort, and it mulched the grass so fine i didn't even see dust coming out of the mower or anything left on the lawn.

This store has the best employees and some great sale prices.

Greg was amazing and then Jackie was great and I cannot remember the girl at customer service but she was absolutely amazing also.

Very one was very friendly. Cashier at the return desk was amazing.

Every time I go into Home Depot, everyone I meet is nice and friendly. The workers are very helpful and answer every question I have asked!

We had just experienced the aftermath of a tornado in our town and I need to replace my generator. The Sioux Falls store only had Two left. The associate, Steve, informed me of this at the beginning of our conversation. Saved me a lot of looking for them. We had just experienced a tornado and he really lifted my spirits. Because of this I will shop there again.

Every employee I came across had a smile and helped me with my purchase. Very pleasant doing business and I will certainly be back when I need landscape equipment in a few weeks!

Nice lady walked me through the store to see lawn tractors. Walked me all the way to the outside to search for a specific model, which was not in stock. She walked me the John Deere models, showed me around and SOLD me. These people are friendly and they actually will do what it takes to be helpful.

She was very helpful telling me what to do with my plant.

There is lack of going above and beyond for a customer who can’t find a product that clearly says “in stock” online and verified by an employee. This has happened with a few items and it’s frustrating that employees just don’t know what to say or do if they can’t find the item. They just don’t care. I’ve had employees walk away with out saying anything more other than what I already know, the item is available but it’s not on the shelf. I’ve even gotten a response, this isn’t my department. I personally, could answer more questions than the employees who I have encountered the past few visits.

Every time we shop at Home Depot we receive top notch service and the prices are some of the best in town. If you need to do some home projects, download the app and sign up for the pro xtra, it’s so worth it! Happy shopping!

From personal help regarding a purchase to checking out.....was treated well and never felt rushed in making a decision to buy.

I bought a water heater with a great experience.

We went to another store first. The Customer Service counter had three people behind it. There were two customers. When I asked if one of them could answer quick question, without looking up, a guy said, "I'm with someone".. I had planned to ask where something could be found. Unwilling to walk the store, we left. That's when we went to Home Depot. My partner and I went after two items. We entered two different doors. She found her way to the first item by chatting with the friendly person at customer service. I found the location of the same items by asking a man at the other entrance. Our experience was far better than the first store, and better than any local big box DIY stores. Each staff person talkng to us gave us their full attention, and they knew the stock. I told the man of our bad experience at the other store, and how nice it was to be at Home Depot where people seem to enjoy their jobs. I did tell one of the managers at the checkouts, and she steered me to the front manager. That manager understood what I meant by the staff seem to know how to 'have fun at work'. She agreed. The check out folks decided to pet the dog, which just proved it's a healthy work environment. There is a positive culture at this Home Depot. I'm hoping it's a larger culture with all Home Depots.

The customer service at this store is amazing. Austin was so wonderful. He is the manager. And a girl named Jessica checked me out and eas so nice and carried my stuff to my car. I will be shopping there much more. !

They’re always helpful every time I’m in there. I come in frequently for business items and there is always help when needed to look for misplacement or check stock online. Prices and selection for bulbs is the best in SF.

The highlight of this trip to a Home Depot was the stellar performance from employees. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and helpful. I got help choosing the best miter saw for my budget and for the work that I had planned on achieving at our new home. There was also an employee near the paint section that helped me find all the painting supplies, wood filler, stud finders, and miscellaneous items that I was on the hunt for. Last but not least the cashier was top notch!

Great Experience! Everyone very helpful.
