The store was very clean and bright. We were able to find an associate for assistance right away and that associate was very knowledgeable regarding several questions we had regarding under cabinet lighting and florescent vs. LED lights. We left the store feeling more intelligent than when we entered, and now have a solid plan to address our situation.

Shopping paint colors and observed a fellow customer berate, yell and create a horrible scene at Sixes Rd store today. He wanted to return an item without a receipt, his driver license or his credit card - said he left wallet at home, These two HD employees attempted to diffuse his outburst with offering the purchase price ($12) of this item off other merchandise in his cart yet he continued in his irrational attack. It was incredible to see how calm and professional these HD employees responded - with respect toward an individual that should be ashamed at himself. Just wanted to commend these guys for how they responded - its becoming rare to observe true gentlemen - Thank you Galen (customer service) & Jason(paint dep) for showing great character today!

The guys at this Home Depot were wonderful. Usually I cannot find a single associate to help me and this time there were two guys helping me. I was getting lumber and I didn't even lift a finger. I was expecting to sweat a little bit! The guys were very kind and helpful.

The Home Depot employee, Austin, who assisted me with my purchase of lumber, was extremely helpful. He cut wood to my specs, loaded my cart, waited for me to check out and loaded my vehicle. I am very grateful for that help. I couldn't have made the purchase without him as I have limited strength and have difficulty at times handling material. Thank you, Austin. You are the best.

The store displays are usually blocking the item I am trying to get from the bottom shelves.

This is by far the best Home Depot that I have been to. The store is clean and set up well. But most of all it's the employees that bring us back again and again.

Did not appreciate being profiled by the cashier. When she came to my self check out. Looked at my screen then my bag, and said let me see if this will ring when you walk out. It was not done to the other 2 guys buying items. One next to me and the other. I really hope this goes higher up.

The gentleman who assisted me knew his department's product availability, and he clearly knew the sink repair issue I was attempting to fix. He kindly offered spot-on advice for product selection and how to use them for the repair. I showed him a photo of the pipes under the sink that had to be connected to the sink drain as well as a dishwasher and then through the wall to the output pipe. The actual repair was quick and easy afterwards. Thank you, Home Depot team!

The store is my neighborhood go-to preference for anything I need for house, garden, yard and renovation of our former home going on the market soon. Home Depot is our first and usually last stop. It is great to have our local store open again after a brief closure due to severe flooding and weather impacted our community. In the meanwhile, we still shopped at Home Depot at three other nearest locations.

Service at this location is always top notch! Highly recommended

I was treated at the door by a very nice woman who assisted me with a price check right off the bat. She was doing an in store promo for furnaces, but she still assisted me in finding several products thT I was looking for. When I went to check out another lady helped me get through quicker by scanning several of my items for me even though I was doing self check out. As I went through the store, I noticed other customers having the same positive experience I was having. This store has the old customer service attitude and I will be going back there for all my needs.

Was looking at an item w/possible options and was asked by an associate, Adam, if I needed help when he was done with customer he was helping. He's always been helpful on each of my visits

I purchased an item that was not needed for my Christmas lighting display so I needed to return it and lost my receipt Home Depot is one of few stores that makes it easy for you to return your item and using the Home Depot credit card helps in returning the item

Good experience, I would recommend this location. If you can not decide between this location and the Woodstock one off of 575 on 92, I would choose this one.

I never stepped foot in a home depot store before because i always shopped Lowe"s. I decided to shop Home Depot and to my surprise, I was greeted with a welcome from 3 associates. It made me feel very valued as a customer. They all were willing to help me. It was the best experience ever.
