Last week I came in to purchase a blower, Milwaukee! Tamara took me to the garden aisle and we found what I was looking for. She then said let me look online and ended up finding one that was more powerful, with batteries and charger, and saved me money she was a great help for me and a benefit for the company!!

If you want to experience customer service like it should be go to the Home Depot in Holly Springs! Everyone you meet will greet you and insure you find what you came for.

While getting ready for company, my dryer quit! I had to get a new one, quickly, and without wasting any money. I looked on line at my Home Depot in Holly Springs and found exactly what I wanted...and it was on sale. In spite of bad weather, it was delivered quickly, and installed. In fact, from the time I heard their truck, until I finished signing paperwork, they were here 15 minutes! It was taken up a long sidewalk, some steps to porch, and carefully placed in laundry room! Everyone i spoke to was so capable and very kind! So glad for your excellent service!

Watch the advertised price v checkout price as they don't always match. Avoid self-checkout store card pushers who don't know when to take no for an answer (you would think three times would be sufficient).

SK was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second time I've had good customer service at this location, but SK came over from Mill work to help me in appliances and it couldn't have been a better experience.

I was helped by Suella Braman in a recent purchase of a washing machine at the Sixes Road HD in Holly Springs, GA. She was quick, efficient and made sure I had no questions as we completed the sale and that I knew what to expect when the new washer is delivered. I gave her 12 of 10 stars!

... most of time even often they dodge customers to avoid them almost like ... are they afraid of customers? Yet had very good experience with one customer service associate behind counter. She came out and helped me find what I was seeking. Very pleasant and sweet.

I ask the counter person at the paint department where was the drop cloths and she took me right to them and I got the one I wanted. I don’t the young lady’s name but I will say she was very courteous and helpful. Top notch employee. Thanks for helping me.

This store is very conveniently located, less than 2 miles from my home. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Recently have dealt with Richard, Mary and Sharon and they are all aces. Treat you like a friend. Very good service.

We love when we walk in the Pro door and see Debbie's smiling face. She is always fun to talk with at checkout.

Due to my husband visual impairment getting worse, we had to update lighting in our home so it could help him be safe. Two employees, Mary and Johnny helped us in the Lighting department. They took the time to listen, give us great suggestions and were very attentive. We really appreciated their assistance.

I’m a contractor on residential remodeling and always have problems on the wait of some to come and help or not have stock material, but not in this store I waisted lest time in store then any other times on diferente locations they have a great employment and ready to help great experience.

For the 12 years I’ve lived in the area, I have never had a bad experience at this location. However the 575/92 location has always been trash. If I need help, Sixes road is stellar. 92 probably has some good employees but I’ve only encountered the opposite

We were assisted by Ann Marie Coleman in the purchase and delivery of a new gas stove cooktop and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind and was pleasant to work with. She was extremely helpful in a decision where time was of the essence.
