We worked with Paul (from NY, recently moved to GA) as we were looking for something specific. He took his time to help us locate what we needed and also shared with us a sale that was currently going on which resulted in a great savings. He was a highly knowledgeable representative and very customer service oriented.

Purchased a Weber Spirit gas grill. Plenty pre-assembled. They brought it to the front to check out and loaded it in our vehicle. Very pleasant experience all around.

Debbie the cashier is always so nice and the store as a whole is the best Home Depot

This is my preferred Home Depot to shop. They always have what I need. People are always polite and very helpful. There are several other stores closer but this is my place.

I had to return some items and buy more materials. Alysa, at the returns deck, was super helpful and took care of my needs. Monica also helped me with buying what I needed. Lastly the garden center team provided professional service in helping me load 30 bags of heavy materials. All in all, well done team!

Pro desk is horrible at customer service. Debra will have a line with 7 to 8 people in line. And your PRO DESK people will just stand there and not help her . Seriously y’all need to get it together. Hello what happened to customer service. Just think of how many people walk out because not getting in help. I spend a pretty good bit of money there. But I also go to Lowe’s more now because of the service in this store

I have been shopping at this store since I moved back to this area from Florida. It has been 4 1/2 years now. They have always had what I needed. The staff always seems happy and are willing to help you find what you need.

Love the automatic help and attention to detail. A sincere intetest in your project. Their friendliness, personality, and availability in every aisle is amazing.

i visit home depot often at this time of the year as you can see by my use of your credit card and i enjoy going to the garden shop.

The employees give more than one or two word answers, and if they can’t solve the problem themselves they have options for us outside the store ie manufacturers info etc.

Had a difficult situation with a pressure washer, but the employee stayed until we solved the issue!

I went into the store today and noticed a big change!! I was acknowledged and helped from start to finish!! I love Home Depot but customer service has really been lacking but not today. I will be back as this is my neighborhood store and hope I get the same service because I have alot of yard projects coming up.

I found that my salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable with the appliance I was purchasing, she worked well with me to get the exact item I need and it was a perfect fit. The delivery people were just as friendly and knowledgeable. I Thank all of you.

Employees don’t understand how to ring up lumber purchases at the Pro desk

I just returned from HD where I purchased 4 bags of concrete and asked if someone could help load them. They refused stating their one guy was busy unloading pallets. I returned the items and left.

The store is always clean and organized. The stag seem to enjoy their jobs and are jovial. Especially our cashier, Alex. He was sweet and funny.

My purchasse was a upright freezer. sales associate Ann Marie was an absolute delight to deal with. You dont find great customer service much any longer at retail stores.

I bought a bunch of light bulbs that I needed because I really like the Ecosmart LED bulbs. Additionally, I needed some spray paints, screws, concrete seal and an outdoor floodlight replacement sensor.

In particular, Home Depot employee Bill was extremely helpful. A week or so ago I asked him where drain basins were and he stopped what he'd been doing and led me to the location, answering all questions I had. Today I encountered him again and he assisted me greatly in my search for the best sealant for the basement foundation leaks I was attempting to fix. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, considerative and supportive. In short, he's a great asset. Kudos to Bill!
