This store has plenty employees available to assist you. If you even look confused, they will come to your aid. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

Dalton Davis was very professional, helpful, knowledgable and courteous. He understood our need and was able to assist with exactly what we were wanting. All customer service agents are willing and able to assist. Our purchases have always been good decisions and guided by the wisdom of the associates that are skilled and knowledgeable about the products.

Saw a post on pintrest showing a diy washer / dryer pedestal. Intermediate skill level so i decided to take it on. Store had everything i needed. Top quality material and only spent 80 bucks for nice setup. Normal pedestals would be 400+.

This was a great experience ! People were pleasant and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and didn't have to wait to long at check out!

Friendly employees, helpful in the department even being new to the store. Looked on line before visiting the store which said the item was in stock and I was able to purchase my generator without a delivery waiting period.

I love The Home Depot! I was looking for many items for my newly purchased home - mostly yard equipment. My wife and I made a total of three trips to this store that day. We were doing comparison price shopping. I think the man greeting everyone recognized us by the last trip! Every associate we came in contact with was very friendly, and knowledgeable. My wife told me after we left, "I see now why you like this store so much. Maybe I'll start shopping here more often!" One clerk helped load a heavy item onto a dolly, after she went and got it first, then helped me load it into my vehicle! Then gave me directions to another store we neded to shop at! What great people!I think there were free hotdogs that day, too! We ended up purchasing everything we set out to purchase that day from the Home Depot - great prices, availability, and peace of mind knowing things will work, and have warranties if they break.We will be back for more. Count on it! Keep up the great work. Thanks.

The models we were interested in were available. The associate was very helpful in explaining and answering our questions to make decision to purchase.

Although the major appliance area is extremely small, the customer service is superior.. I viewed appliance models elsewhere and online. I then returned and was pleasantly surprised by your associate who endeavored to get me the best possible price. Time and again, it's not only the pricing but the friendly and courteous employees at this store that keeps me coming back for my home and garden needs. Thanks Cypress. You have the best employees!

Outstanding customer service from Vee and Chris in the paint department. Very helpful and friendly! Chris was polite and greeted us and asked us if we needed assistance right away, as soon as we got to the paint section. After finding the product I needed I went to the counter and was immediately helped by Vee. Vee went above and beyond helping me to tint my paint and re-package my product. Some paint was lost in the mixing machine process, not very much at all and it really wasn't an issue for me; I probably wouldn't have even noticed had Vee not told me. Vee took initiative and knocked $20 off my price, and I was very appreciative and surprised.

Needed new carpet - Associate was very helpful with selection and setting up measurement at the house. Came back a few times and different associates very knowledgeable of what I needed changed.

My associate made the purchase process so smooth and easy. I truley enjoyed my experience. Jay was very professional and personable.

We had gone to shop for a number of items unrelated to window coverings but had been considering switching from mini-blinds to 2-inch faux wood blinds and had the measurements with us, so we asked the store associate and he told us he could custom cut the blinds while we waited. In less than 30 minutes we were on our way home with half a dozen new blinds. That was about 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon and I had finished the installation myself by noon the following day -- without working all night!

We just moved to the area and fine that Home Depot had so many of the items we needed to get our new location in order. Service is excellent, people friendly and they had what we needed at a fair price.

I went to the paint dept. to have some paint matched. The girl asks what sheen of paint I wanted and I told her "flat". I also told her I wanted Behr with no primer. She later passes my paint sample to another employee without relaying the important facts of my paint. He mixes the paint in Glidden and tries to tell me that it is not exact. I asked him if he mixed it in Behr or Glidden. After about 5 minutes I get what I asked for and I explain to the associate that I am a Home Depot stock holder and a former manager of Home Depot. He then understood why I was not pleased with the service.

I will never shop here again. Nate the "manager" spoke down to me, degraded me, made me feel like I was such a HUGE inconvenience when I was about to purchase $400 in flooring. I was so upset that I just left in TEARS right in the middle of my purchase and have no desire to ever go back to this Home Depot. Nate should never be in a leadership role and I am shocked that our local Cypress Home Depot tolerates this type of behavior.

Got what I needed and was in and out in a flash, enjoyed it.

This store was easy access to the road and as I was coming home from work I decided to make a turn to see about the product I needed for the project I was going to and I was walking around someone approached me to asked me what I was looking for and lead me to the area I needed to get and while I was there I walked around from hallway to hallway fascinated to I see ,lots of project projected in my mind that day, so

Your associate, Andrea , assisted me with items I needed for a fence project. She was very professional and courteous.

This is my preferred store. Always have helpful associates when needed. Store is never dirty and I've never had a problem with not finding what I need. I don't think I've ever waited longer than a minute to check out. There's always plenty of areas to check out and they are helpful in getting you in and out rather than wasting your time. I would recommend This location to anyone.

George in Hardware was great help with changing out locks for several door knobs to the same key.

Great people working at this Home Depot. I shop Home Depot versus their competitor because of it.
