I had a great shopping experience. Jennifer was with me during my whole visit. I would recommend everyone to look for her when you visit the St. Joe, MO store. She's very nice and is full of information.

There was help in every area I was shopping. They were knowledgable and very friendly. Someone even went & got me a shopping cart. Check out was a breeze & even walked me to the car & loaded my purchases in the car. It was so nice not to have to hunt for a sales person & a bonus to have everyone be so kind & happy too.

Looking for items to make a wort chiller for home brewing. Was able to find all parts quick and easy for about half the price.

Products are displayed to make things easy to find. Clean store & very helpful employees. Gregg even carted my purchases to our vehicle & loaded the heavy items for us.

Jacob the store associate was very good/excellent. Very knowledgeable - should be considered for upper management responsibilities!

online delivery service-not happy-guys could not hook up washing machine--first said hoses too short ---then decided they were incorrect--still did not hook-up very unhappy

The customer service desk could use a second person. We waited for a very long time to just pick up our fan that was already at the customer service desk. There was only one person in front of us. It was a Saturday, which I would think is one of the busiest days and only one person working the customer service desk is not very efficient. Also customers get tired of waiting so long, especially when you have children with you. Had I not driven all the way from Kansas City to find this fan and it being the last in stock in my area with none planning to be reordered, I would have walked out. I am a previous Home Depot employee who believes customer service is the most important thing. When it was finally our turn, the associate seemed exhausted, which may explain her not being too friendly as she was just trying to get through the long line being by herself. She seemed a little overwhelmed. So please put more people at the customer service desk. When we got to the checkout lanes one of the very friendly employees took us through a self checkout lane, she did it all, I just had to pay. She was very helpful and friendly.

The sales associate at home Depot was very nice. she helped us measure the appliance to make sure it would fit in our door at our house.

We needed assistance to find several items and there was always an available associate to help us. It was easy in and out.

I was buying shingles, felt, nails and other roofing materials. After looking for an associate for about 10 minutes, I finally stopped an associate heading to the restroom and asked if she could get someone to come to the roofing aisle for me. While three associates waited on me, I observed a lady that had to lift a roll of underlayment by herself and carry it to her cart several feet away. None of the three offered help.

I knew right where to find my items. Thank you for not changing the store.

I went to the Hone Depot store to purchase kitchen countertops and appliances. Rachel in Kitchen Design was extremely helpful. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she also was very friendly and courteous. She made sure that I received all applicable discounts and rebates, along with the 24 month financing.

I was in need of some supplies and was asked if I needed any help by sales associate Tyler. He was outstanding and very helpful. He was able to help me with product location, product uses and supplies needed to apply the product. Tyler was very helpful and professional. Congratulations Home Depot St. Joseph, Missouri for hiring such an awesome young man.

Young man, Tyler, in hardware went above and beyond. Helped us find the correct size screw/anchor we needed and noticed the shelf bracket we brought with us needed to be straightened. He unscrewed a piece, smoothed it out and put it back together--good as new!

We had not been to Home Depot for awhile (we're frequent Lowes shoppers), so I was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of the associates. The openness of the store was also nice, there was no moving stuff to get our cart through. We were also happy with the quality and price of the merchandise. We will definitely be back!

Customer service was great. The only reason I don't use HD for my main supplier are the prices. Menards and Lowes have often beat HD prices and are very close, physically. I am a shareholder and think HD could be a better store with sharper prices.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though you were out of 1x6x 8' and I had to sub 6' boards (which ended up costing me more because I had to buy an extra), and I had a hard time locating the Kreg screws. The staff directed me to their exact location and was very friendly.

An associate came and asked me if I needed help picking out some plants- she was very helpful in making my decision as I was conflicted between what I really needed! Today I planted my plants and am very happy with the outcome- plus they are healthy looking plants too.

Upon entry to the Store, I ask an associate at the Customer Service desk which Isle the product I was looking for was located. I was directed to the isle where another associate greeted Me. He then showed Me the different types of wood available for the Job I wanted. Total time from Entry of Store until return to Auto was probably less than 10 Minutes. I was well pleased with the service from Entry to Help to Checkout personnel...

Go see Steve Dick at Home Depot in St. Joseph, Missouri in the lawn and garden. He drilled holes in the pots I purchased and even planted my flowers in the pots (they provided dirt) and then even took them out to my car and loaded them up. Excellent Service. Steve Dick went above and beyond to make me satisfied. He is very knowledgeable about plants and was very helpful. Thank You!

Store is clean & bright, well organized aisles, all of the associates were willing to help if needed to find what I needed.

I have found that I am willing to pay a bit more to receive the customer service of Home Depot that I do not get from the competition.

When looking for what I was shopping for, 3 different people talked to us and helped us out and found the item on line and copied off a paper for us to come home and order it online. They answered all our question that we had.
