Everyone is welcoming and offers to help find what ever I may be looking for. If I do need help, they will look it up and take me to it. Can’t talk them out of it. Everyone is great. There is a store not too far away, where they will pass you in an isle looking at you and not speak. Your store is the best

This Home Depot is my 2nd stop , because prices seem to be a little higher. Now that they offer a military discount , cost are better. The store.is clean and has a good selection. One thing that could be improved is help from associates. Very seldom will they offer any help unless asked. Some associations are lacking on product knowledge, even in their own department. Some training is needed.

I am disabled and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. It is lonely on the extra mile but they always take that road. Thank you

Morning or night the St. Joseph Home Depot has the most helpful and friendliest people. There’s always a “Hello!” or “Good morning!” or “Can help you find anything?”. if i can’t find something store associates will hunt it downi for me.

Would return to the store in a heartbeat… It’s a wonderful experience with wonderful employees

I waited in line a little longer than I had hoped but the experience was well worth the wait. As a retired teacher, I don't have much experience with power tools, but the employees at Home Depot help me to be able to do what I want to do. I am handicapped but thanks to them, my rockhounding is a whole lot easier! They locate items, they offer advice, and one employee has even come out to join us rockhounding. They are awesome!

Staff at this store are like no other. In a world where nobody cares and everyone hating their job, this is NOT the case at this store. All so friendly and always wanting to help. Very nice experience

Went in to find a couple of plumbing parts had no help whatsoever no greeters no customers service in the aisles and no cashiers anywhere

Was looking for a stove with specific options and the appliance specialist working found the exact one online! Printed the paperwork and paid at register. Easy peasy!

Went to get 42 2 x 4's and 7 sheets of metal. Asked for help filling my order from 5 different employees. They paged 2 times but no help> i could have gone to a local lumber yard and paid a little more but I would have had way better service. I am 67 yrs old and while not cripple, I do not get around like I used to. I was amazed at the number of employees standing around with their thumbs up their butts or clueless looking at cell phones Ask for help at checkout no dice. Load in truck byself

I was on an errand to pick up plumbing supplies for my son and I don’t know that much about faucets.. All I had to do was go to the bathroom fixtures area and there was a nice young gentleman there that really knew all about plumbing supplies.. I called my son and he talked with the young gentleman and picked up the plumbing parts I needed.. So pleased

Hire people like Lila and Bruce who work in PRO contracting to ensure that every customer experiences what I did today. They are truly the dream team and made me smile and just appreciate people in general. They make me want to be better and help people more.

I parked near the south entrance and came in quickly to get a can of paint. When I got ready to leave, something near customer service caught my eye, so I paused to look. Brylee at the customer service desk asked if she could help me or if I had any questions...I didn't, but did ask her if I could check out there and save myself a trip to the north end to check out and then have to walk back to where I parked. She quickly said "yes" and had me checked out quickly. She was interactive, bubbly, and friendly--a great way to start my day!

I drive by several stores to get to HD

I work long hours during the day and it's very hard to get into home depot for my home project Ivan did a great job on taking care of me at the very edge of when the sword was closing great job Ivan

Paul in lighting was so helpful. He not only showed me where what i needed was, he got the product off the shelf for me and explained to me how to use it. He then looked up which isle the other product i needed from the store was and gave me the isle and the bin #.

Very pleased with product availability, prices, and customer service!!!

In a world of surly, rude sales associates that obviously hate their job this store somehow breaks that trend. Have never had a bad experience there yet.

I bought some fencing things and poles and Bob helped me from the start to the end!

Every time we go to this store we are impressed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the staff are.
