Two thumbs up costumer service! Love coming to this store. Don't have to stay too long looking for associates.

I love to build stuff at home and have a small side business and I'm always checking to see where I can get things cheaper,Home Depot is where I find it cheaper 9 out of 10 times,but the thing i find cheaper somewhere else is usually no more than a dollar or 2,so I end up going to Home Depot anyways. But what helps the most is looking online and seeing what aisle and bay everything is. It makes finding things and getting in and out better.

Unlike Lowes or your other Stockton store, this Hammer Lane store clearly stands behind what you sell. More than ever, I'll shop here with confidence.

Every thing was good except i was in a hurry and had to wait 10 minutes to check out. I don't like self check outs. Other than that coming here was a good experience for me. There was help to find something I needed. Also it was in stock unlike some other stores. I tried two other Home Depot stores and they were out of stock.

Clean fast service good prices would definitely recommend this store to everyone

Got the new smoke detectors I needed...just not enough of them! I purchased 14 contractor boxes...only 11 more boxes to go! The lady at the checkout was very helpful and made sure to de-magnetize all the boxes. Thank you!

The new associate that helped me was very courteous, and even though she didn't quite have the expertise -- YET -- to help me, she took me right to the associate who could. They were both very pleasant to deal with, and I'm very happy with my shopping experience!

Great selection of diy materials! Clean store and enough light so I could see the true colors of materials

Most of thr time i know where everything is at. but when i do have queations the employees know everything i need to know.

Great overall experience! I needed 3 large tree planters which I found online and needed to pick up in the store. I called to make sure the items were in stock and the associates checked for me and loaded them on a cart so I was able to quickly and easily locate them and check out. Thank you!

I go to homedepot mostly every day. So I feel like do know my way around and most of the employees. Almost like my second home

This is the only Home Depot I like to shop better than the other Home Depot its by HWY 5 on stockton theirs more parking spaces has a better vew to all products they have more light

The lady in the paint dept is very helpful and had my order done on time.. If I have to wait, she gave me time.. Not like in Lowes i stood 30 mins for 1 5 gallon of paint.. We find most of our needs for our house renovation at home depot.. Price is descent. I like shopping at home Depot hammer lane.. The associates there are always helpful and knowledgeable..

As stated in other comments section Emily and Sonia are the best associates I have ever encountered at any home depot

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for many years and have always been happy and satisfied. But never have I been so impressed with customer service, at Home Depot or elsewhere, as I was Friday, 07/10/2015. Recently I made a cash purchase at the Stockton East Hammer Lane Home Depot store of a Rubbermaid, 7’x7’ storage shed. Before purchasing I determined the footprint and height of the shed would fit. I didn’t take into consideration the roof slope and when beginning to set it up I saw right away the roof would run into the rain gutter of my house. With no other space to put it I didn’t know what to do. I called the Home Depot store where I made the purchase and was able to talk to Craig, one of the store managers. After explaining to him the situation he told me I could return it. But that’s not what so impressed me. I had thrown away the big box that it came packed in. I told him and he was concerned about all the small parts being loose, rightly so. But all the small parts, hardware, metal frames, windows, door handles, and sectional braces were all in the boxes and packaging they came in. It was only the big box that everything was packed in that I didn’t have. Craig said he could get the box from Rubbermaid and to go ahead and return it to the store. I did that and was reimbursed in cash what I had paid. Thank you Craig and thank you Home Depot for making my product return easy and painless. I’m a customer for life.
