Didn’t even have to ask!
Noting my look of utter bewilderment while facing a lighting display, a store employee approached me and offered to help me find what I was searching for…loved that!!

Helpful employees
Employee help was available, compared to the stockton store. Helpful employees. Two employees helped us all the way through our remodel purchases. They saved us valuable time so we could pick up our child from school on time. I think this is my first time at this store. It is much better than the stockton store. Better organized and employees available. At stockton I had to have other shoppers help me in the past. I’m glad I made majority of my purchase here and only got a few out of stock items from the stockton store.

Very helpful Pro Desk
Had a price match to do on an item and after some back and forth with customer service, Jen in the Pro Desk was able to help me out as a courtesy. I try to go through their department whenever checking out as they usually are very friendly and helpful.

I get helped here.
I was unsure what to buy to solve our problem. Miranda saw me through to an order. What happened is so extraordinary. It's as if the store has a quiet, busy alertness, but it's not frantic. Some places an employee is afraid to help much because they're "wasting time," perhaps. I tend to not ask for help if I am going to be burdening someone. Yesterday, I really needed help and was dreading being a pest. I think management is supporting customer service, or the service at this level couldn't have happened. Miranda was focused, knowledgable, and looked up information to help me determine what I needed. One simply can't pay for the kind of competent, caring help she gave me. I'm coming back. And it wasn't just her. I am encouraged that I will be successful if I go to this store.
