Found everything ok and store was very clean, very friendly and helpful and did get help when we needed it.

Rick in the lumber department cut 4 large shower boards into 9 x12 whiteboards. That made 4 sets of 32 whiteboards. We were told at a different store that their machine to cut this type of board was broken, but it's probably because it takes too much time and they didn't really want to do it. I really appreciate the extra time that Rick took to cut all the boards. These sets of whiteboards were given to three brand new teachers in Visalia.

I love that there are plenty of employees to help .Only wish they would open more cashier stations instead to do it yourself but I have received help even at those .Love the order online so you can just go and pick it up .

I like to shop at this store (#6615) due to the easily found items I need, good cashiers attitudes, and cleanliness of the store.

Each experience I have had there has been great. Associates always do above and beyond for us customers.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. I can always find what I need, which is very helpful not having to run to another store. Parking is easy and always spaces available.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, and two associates helped me during my visit, which made shopping go even more quickly and smoothly. Checkout was quick and easy, too.

Associates are pretty rude. They seem to chat it up with each other, but when you ask for help, they treat you like you're incompetent.

Back in 2008, I was standing in line at a Home Depot to check out with around 20 others.There were only two check outs open (of around 10). After twenty minutes went by I dropped the stuff I intended to buy right there on the floor and left. I noticed that around 10 others did the same thing. I drove to Lowes and got everything I needed and got in line and was going through the checkout. While I was paying for my stuff I noticed several people waiting... Nearly all of the other 10 people at Home Depot were there as well. While we were all frowning at Home Depot, at Lowes... we were all smiling.

I'm alway excited to recieve all the help I need. It seems as though everyone is well trained and knowledgeable.

The associates in the store are as hard to find as sasquatch, and when you do see one they are usually rushing somewhere else. I have come across an associate who knows the department they are in when I find them maybe 20% of the time I even find one. Not only is the non-self checkout almost never staffed, there is often not an associate attending the self-checkout cluster either. I was there recently and was chocked that an associate actually approached me within seconds of my beginning to try to locate a product. However, he had no idea what Formula 409 was or where to find it. On another recent visit, we actively tried to find an associate and could not find one. A 3rd party vendor saw us searching and told us exactly which aisle our product was on, which I don't think most store associates are able to do.

VERY CLEAN AND GREAT SERVICE FROM ALL AT THE STORE

I needed a special tool that I could not find on my own. I asked for help and a very friendly employee took me right to it. In fact, he gave me a couple of options. I had brought the part that I needed the tool for and tried it right in the store.

Most of the employees are the typical big box store employees, I did find one employee (old school) that was knowledgeable and quite helpful. There are always exceptions

I shop frequently in this store. The personnel is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is clean and well kept. As hard as it is to keep the lumber department in order (the customers are not always putting stuff away where it should be) it is always well organized and looked after. Same goes for plumbing and flooring. Thank you
