Great service. I was in and out with no issues. As soon as I hit the aisle the gentlemen approached me, bought me to the product and explained it.

Clean store and very helpful workers, I asked several questions

I purchased a small propane grill and needed for it to be partially disassembled and then loaded in my car trunk ( a very tight fit). I was assisted throughout by a young gentleman. It was very hot in front of the west facing store. His help was very much appreciated.

The help from Kenneth and all others at the locations are fantastic. I attend this story because of the employees and their attitudes.

Our cashier was very friendly which definitely made our shopping experience more pleasant. In a day and age that retail stores seem to be pushing self check out it was really nice to have a friendly cashier instead of using a computer to check yourself out.

I knew what I needed, was in quite a hurry, but found what I was looking for quickly and was able to check out just as quickly, no long lines. Great experience.

I can always depend on this store to be clean, organized and be greeted by a friendly face. Problems that arise are always resolved fairly and promptly. Associates have obviously been trained to listen and respond appropriately to customers. I shop HD all over the metroplex, but this store is a gem.

The associate was readily available and allowed me to browse but offered helpful insights when I had narrowed down purchase options

Scot and Jose went waaay beyond reasonable expectations, as they helped me load in a driving rainstorm. I never heard a complaint, just good attitude regarding customer service. I tried to give them a tip for going beyond expectations, but they stuck with company policy and asked me to complete the survey instead.

Quick delivery & set up. Unfortunately to replace a defective product (microwave) takes over a week?? Which makes cooking/entertaining quite difficult for the next 7 days. Very frustrating.

need more copper fitting sizes. keep more appliances in stock

Needed help finding those bags you use when you mow your yard, got help in 2 sec from entering the store. Was in and out in less then 2 min. Awesome service!

There needs to be more associate availability. Have too many of one associates coving too many departments at one time. The customer service desk has changed for the better. The associates seem more friendlier now, and more helpful. When I was at desk picking up merch. The girl at the desk had to call multiple times for me to be loaded. She finally had to help me herself. I do love home depot and will continue to keep coming there.

I am always pleased with the level of service I receive when I shop at this store.

I've shopped at this location since it opened. It doesn't matter how big or small the job I'm doing, the associates have always been able to help me when I need it, offer occasional plan changes or better options. This is where I go to teach my daughters how to shop for the things and skills they need to do things themselves.
