The past two visits to this store made me smile. Both times I had excellent help (one time to cut plywood and the next to find electrical supplies), and the checkout people were friendly, patient and helpful.

Sometimes get incorrect information on where to find a specific item - several store clerks have different answers where X item can be located. Some, on the other hand, know exactly where things are - this is very helpful when searching for a specific item or items. I live in Fort Washington and wish we had a Home Depot closer than the Waldorf location!

I love coming to this store. Folks greet you as you come in and treat you like a good neighbor. Personnel go out of their way to help. Most of the time they have enough inventory.

Good store, lots of help with experienced builder type trades people working in the store.

Love my Home Depot in Waldorf. I shop there often and it is rare for me not to find what I a looking for. I have also price checked between them and their competitor and their prices are far better

Went to this Home Depot to pick up an air filter this morning, the store was clean, quiet and orderly. The employees were all busy working, but what I notice most was that eventhough they all were working, they all seem to be enjoying what they were doing. I was ask several times did I need any help, but of course I didn't, due to the item was exactly where the sign on the aisle said it would be. The cashier was nice and I was out of there really fast, what a pleasure it was shopping there this morning.

I found the light bulbs that I needed and the price was good.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and stocked well. Refunds are quick and easy.

Lakiva was our cashier. She helped us when we brought up two rolls of carpet pads and said that we needed to buy more. She added what we needed to our bill and then called for assistance. Not only did she get the help, she stopped what she was doing to help us get the items retrieved from the shelf and get them outside to our truck to load up. This kind of service is very uncommon in the shopping world today. We are very pleased and very thankful.

The Home Depot associates are always customer friendly and provide the best service. The associates also have a wealth of knowledge in their specialty area which is helpful in shopping for what we need. They are subject matter experts. Take good care of them.

I would definitely NOT recommend for delivery service. I received a call an hour before delivery window, that cost and additional amount, was up to advise my items were not available for delivery. I called the store and the associate couldn’t find the items that, in my opinion, should have already been on the truck and out for delivery. I ordered from items on stock, in store and the associates were pulling them. However, now they’re unlocatable. Definitely a logistical system is not set up. The in store service was great. DELIVERY SERVICE IS THE WORST!

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Employees friendly, courteous and actually do want to acknowledge their customers and help as necessary. Store is always well stocked and men's room clean.

Store honored my retired military ID immediately for discount without requiring an online registration as does the hardware store nearest my residence. It's worth the extra distance to obtain superior service.

Love the Waldorf Home Depot. The employees there are very friendly. I had a wonderful happy young man in plumbing help me locate something I wanted that was not on the shelf. He came and helped me even though I did not originally need help without asking even though he was already doing something. The cashier was also very friendly and informative and I believed her name was Robin.

It was ok, I found my stuff by myself... only thing is you only had one cashier. Maybe more cashiers needed. She was very polite and nice...just think you need more cashiers
