We purchased our home 4 years ago and have had to replace the furnace, a/c, heat pump, hot water heater and refrigerator - all purchased at Home Depot. We have been extremely pleased with the service and the products

Home Depot Appliance Specialist Zakiya Cole at the Jefferson Farm Place, Waldorf Md is a credit to the Home Depot brand. Zakiya provides my family an outstanding level of customer service despite the Christmas season making the store extremely busy. She was professional, knowledgeable and positive which I appreciated very much.

Was finished finding my last item and as walking past service desk Debbie asked if i was ready to check out and took care of me right there. Was so thankful for this as I had already seen the long lines at the checkout

Store well stocked regardless of the epidemic. Looking forward to returning during the holiday season.

The employees were friendly, so much different than other big box stores where they run when they see you coming.....

I experienced great service from the sales associate in the Appliance Department. A lot of selections, brand names, and price ranges. The cost of a protection plan for our new refrigerator was reasonable.

Sale Cashier- Zonda 2563 00005 57629 Her customer service was at an A grade. The Home Depot has an asset in Zonda.

Pay for the product and make sure they had enough to pick in two days. When we came back they have nothing from our order ready. They acted like this is normal and they fixed their error with a refund. We are a contractor and we have clients and our name in risk. We came expecting to have our order ready. Very disappointed in the service. After one hour waiting they are still looking for our order.

The Waldorf home depot has a cashier name Hanna. She is an awesome asset to that store. I wish her well in all she sets out to do in life.

Yes I recommend but it just depends on who you get to help you. Brandon is AWESOME - he knows his stuff, where it's located and if it's in stock. I've had poor experiences at the Return Desk (one cashier gave me a gift card because she didn't have 'no cash in her drawer'...I didn't know that it couldn't be used ONLINE to order - I had to purchase at the store!!). My husband had an associate walk past him after he asked a question. He didn't even turn around as he called out that he 'don't know where the beadboard is'...he worked in lumber. It's difficult to get good workers who are proud of the work they do...then again, HP was there with essential employees working throughout and this government didn't help them out (or us - the contractors and tradesmen) and that can cause resentment. Maybe HD needs to give incentives to their employees or work out some sort of situation so customers can be well informed and come away with a good feeling. Btw, why can't folks get an answer when they call Waldorf Home Depot? You can get the machine response but the phone will ring and ring and no one answers - not lumber, the front desk or even rentals!

My experience was made easy because of the help I received. Dillon is a young guy who is on point with his customer service skills. If you need help Dillon is your GO TO MAN!!! Look for him if you want a pleasant visit from a caring person. Today 6/9/2021 was my first time ever seeing him.

The employees who I have asked for help have been very committed to making sure I find the items that I need and have given me suggestions on how to fix my projects.

Closed the store for a day or two. Train or Retrain everyone. Inject great customer service (i.e. Chick-fil-A). Clean and organize the store. Ensure customers are the number one priority.

Waldorf Home Depot is always a great visit, and people are great to do business with.
