I've been shopping at this store for many, many years and consistently find the employees to be very friendly and helpful.

The associates at the Customer Service Desk ( e.g.; Dave ) were extremely helpful, as was Dave in the Cleaning Department, and Erik in the Tools Department. They were awesome! Without their assistance, if you are not a "Do-it-Yourself" expert OR professional General Contractor..... good luck if you need more than a nail, lightbulb, wrench, soap, or hammer!

My Home Depot always has what I need. As a contractor and maintenance supervisor, I know I can find the right material for any job.

Keep up the great work everybody! I will be back soon.

The consultants are very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful including the customer service representatives who went out of their way to satisfactorily resolve an issue we had with a bathroom vanity. These are the main reasons why we came back to the Wallingford store to order our new kitchen cabinets.

After shopping here I am disappointed with the way the store looks and stocked. The isles are not keep stocked and ladders are left in the way customers travel. Apparently there is a poor tracking of stocked items after having taken 2 days to locate 18 vacuum cleaners. I have been to the store enough times to know who to work with when there are issues. I think the manager is not doing his job with training new employees. In general the issues appear to be a management problem not employees.

Always a great store to shop.

Chris and Dave in customer service are awesome, and Nancy in appliances is just incredible. Top notch service!

The quality of the service I received in the florring department was exceptional. I have been to many Home Depots but this was one of the best experiences that I have had. Everyone greeted us and asked if we needed help. This is my go to store from now on.

We were assisted as soon as we walked into the store and all questions regarding the item we were interested in were answered as well as additional important information shared by staff. Extremely clean, organized store with an incredibly caring staff. We made our purchase and will certainly be back!

The Wallingford, CT location, the staff is always helpful and friendly, I can just about always find what im looking for, and the prices are better than their biggest competitor right across the street. this is my "go to" place for handyman and many DIY projects.

Manager fixed dryer vent that delivery broke and then denied doing it. He fixed it in the rain! The delivery men could not use the dryer vent that I purchased and said they would return it and I would get a credit. They didn't! Customer service reviewed and gave me my credit for the item that the delivery service did not return. If this company is the only one HD uses for delivering appliances, I definite would not purchase. A few days after the men left I noticed a broken gutter drain and since no one else was at the house and it's where they parked the truck I'm sure they broke that too, but I have no proof; which wouldn't matter since their company said the brken vent was my word against theirs, even though I saw them at the vent. Home Depot came and fixed the vent and I am extremely thankful to them!

I have always been happy with this store, no matter what I went in for.

I was happy to find a discounted cordless drill on Saturday at the HD in Wallingford and was assured multiple times that the item was complete, just being discounted because it was demo. I went to use it on Sunday and found there was no charger with the unit. That would be bad enough, but I drove 38 miles to return the item and was met with a very rude clerk who through her coworkers under the bus and told me I could not get an alternate item and that "they need to be trained." I explained that I drove 45 minutes to get there, and that I had to leave home early to make it to work, and asked if I wasn't due some type of consideration. The answer: "Nope. It was a demo and the staff didn't know what they were talking about."

Went in for a fridge, and associate was very helpful. In and out quickly.

The sales were great. The staff was helpful & kind.

OUT OF PAINT - PROJECT NOT FINISHED: Brian not only came over to help (seeing me in distress and pacing to find what I needed), he was able to match the price of the item they were out of (why I couldn't find it)! He even walked my paint cans over to the cashier to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with the new price code he made. I was so exhausted and didn't have it in me to hunt someone down. Had he not come over to help me, I would have just given up and left.

Great store & staff. We have met many staff who have become friends at this store. We go back for all our DIY projects.
