Sorry I thought all Home Depots were the same
Stopped in to get extra storage bins, only 2 available on shelf, checked out by extremely rough and rude cashier. The system no longer has the Military discount button and no discount applied unless I had the mobile app. Not my regular Home Depots which are located in Montville, Lisbon & Waterford-- they are well stocked and super helpful. Won't waste my time trekking to this store when I am in the area.

Great employee experience
We purchased an appliance recently and had a very positive experience with Nancy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time and explained each step and was very patient and personable. Nancy made this an easy, pleasurable experience for us. I would highly recommend having Nancy for your appliance needs and experience.

Help with large lumber buy
We came to buy a large amount of lumber to build a new deck. Our truck was way to small so the staff rented us a truck, helped pull the wood and then help load it. It went as smooth as can be. Cannot be any happier with the experience.

She helped me sign up for a HD credit card, which saved me $100 when all was completed.

Horrible store
Store does not honor sales that are clearly signed. The manager is extremely rude to both customers and employees. Talks down to people.

Helpful staff!
I came in today looking for a certain piece of hardware. I did not know the name of this hardware. I went up to a gentleman. His name is Dave and he was so much help. I really really appreciate everything he did. When Dave was not familiar with the piece of hardware, he walked around with me to his coworkers to see if we could figure out what this piece was after a few tries. We determined we could not figure out what it was so instead of Dave just sending me on my way he took the time to come up with another solution to my problem. I really appreciate him walking around with me and being so polite he never once made me feel dumb for not knowing.
As a woman, that speaks volumes, I will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot! Thanks Dave!

Hard to buy cement
An employee in a forklift was blocking access to the pro loading area where cement is kept. And of course there were no carts available so we had to carry each 80lb bag by hand about 20 yards to our truck. Not fun when buying 30 bags!
