Store was clean, associates were helpful and friendly, and items I was looking for were easy to find and in stock. Much better experience here then my previous experience in the Norwood, MA store, which was the opposite.

We found this store to be very neat and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't find a ceiling fan we liked we did find a few other things due to their nice displays.

I find that this Home Depot has the friendliest and knowledgeable employees. It's always my home improvement store of choice.

The customer service was fabulous and Ed was truly amazing. He helped us find the right products for our budget and helped us look at a few different possibilities. Another store we had visited earlier was rude to us and made us feel overwhelmed. Ed was so courteous and helped make the experience less stressful.

Love your paint and your garden sections. Never have to go looking for a store clerk. They come looking to help customers out.

EXCELENT STORE.

I waited over 30 mins for someone to help me buy a refrigerator. I even called the store from inside the store asking for help. They paged someone and nobody came. Finally someone came by from their break and said "they knew a little about fridges but worked in paint" I decided to leave the store very dissatisfied and purchased an item I picked up on the way in.

the warwick home depot store has every thing you need . prices are really good . it's my go to place for house hold thing and garden things.

Good store, plenty of parking, and helpful employees. But there are not ENOUGH employees walking around and available to help you. There is often a long wait when you need to talk to someone. They need more employees.

Cashier Robin Brandt was both friendly and efficient. Her smile and courteousness went a long way with making our experience a positive one!

This is for last August 2016. I believe that is the correct date. I had purchased a new LG Dryer & received the wrong one. My husband was having a heart operation and being over wrought with that I was not prepared to deal with this. Your Customer Service Manager, Christine stepped in and made it all perfect. She certainly is an employee that Home Depot should be honored to have. She went above and beyond to make my experience a wonderful one in the end.
