We live in North Kingstown so favor the depot there. Warwick store--same experience.

Each time I am at this staore I get a very knowlegeable service person to help me. This makes the trip and experaince m uch better and worth the trip..

Every time i go to Home Depot, I find just what i need.....and more!

I was able to get credit for some broken bricks there were broken before I opened the packages.

If you are lucky to get Felix, a manager, he'll give you patient, hands-on help with finding and deciding on your purchases even if understaffed.

The Manager, Julie, was perfect to me. She walked around the store with me until I had everything I needed and treated me like I was the most important person in the world. She was exemplary and indeed, perfect!

one bad apple CAN spoil the barrel. customer service lady was offensive to put it kindly.

The staff in the store is very good and in my particular instance they were very cooperative and tried to go for the best solution for my problem the sales person I dealt with wonderful it has been a long time since I’ve shopped at Home Depot but I will say they have more employees than the competitor at this time during Covid and it was very relieving to go and do my business and be done with it within an acceptable amount of time A+ to the Home Depot store in Warwick

Dave in tools has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in retail. He does not greet you, he doesn’t even want to acknowledge you in his department. I asked him a question he pointed to where the product is then turned his back to me. Extremely unprofessional and not a person you want wearing your Home Depot aprons. This is not the first time I had a terrible interaction with Dave.

Two employees in the Lumber area went above and beyond the usual amount of assistance given to me. We discussed various options for my project and they helped me select the best materials to accomplish my goal. Jim C and Charles S were AMAZING!

I wish you have more cash stall at self check out

You had a wide variety of product with different finishes and style. I needed 13 sets of everything I wanted to purchase to match and sufficient quantity to fill my order. The checkout was painless as a nice young lady motioned me out the of the the line and over to the self checkout. She acknowledged my VA card and thanked me for my service. In addition she rang up my purchases and all I had to do was pay. I felt like I was a valued customer. She even asked if I had all the quantity I needed. She said if I was short she would look for more product in neighboring Home Depot stores. She also asked if I had a Home Dept card to which I replied yes.

Ed Ghobrial went out of his way to assist us with the purchase of our first washer and dryer for our first house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Five star service at this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Warwick store easy to get to on Rt 2. It has ample parking, full inventory and very helpful employees. Also electric karts are there for people that are handicapped.

Staff always helpful for finding things and alternatives if not available. Generally are very committed to customer service and often share more info about products and uses, etc.

For the first time in my life I had to buy a stove. All my houses came with them but I had to replace one at my elderly aunt's home. Home Depot made it very easy and simple. My salesman quickly found the stove I found online and explained all services to me. I was in and out of the store within a half hour: from start to finish. I won't go anywhere else for my home needs.

The store always clean, feel very safe on this virus situation shopping at this store, agents offer the clean hopping car as soon as I get there, the staff very friendly and professional on all request.

I have been going to this store on and off for projects for over 20 years.The store is always neat, clean, and the aisles are free of clutter. The employees are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to be helpful. I highly recommend it!

Every employee with whom I interacted was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and eager to help - a great advantage of shopping this home depot store. One caveat: if you're buying something that would qualify for a rebate or deduction or reimbursement, make sure that the store receipt correctly shows item brand name and model number, which are usually needed for all of the above. My receipt inexplicably showed neither of those, so now I will have to drive back there and try to get a more appropriate receipt. An anomaly of corporate disinterest.

Susan in hardware was very rude and seemed as if she did not want to assist me in the purchasing of tools. The male manager who’s name began with an F, had no problem solving skills whatsoever. I bought a clearance drill and it was defective. Was told to come back so the problem could be fixed. Susan told me there wasn’t any other options for a drill in that price range. Insinuating I couldn’t afford it when I can. And the manager wanting to return the bad drill and leave me without finding one. When I finally asked him to check what he had in stock, he came back with a drill and told me I have one choice, to buy the more expensive drill or return the clearance drill. These guys lack customer service and problem solving skills. But also Susan lacks how to speak to others.

The people working at Home Depot...very friendly and well informed of the products.They were very polite and did not make you feel rushed. Will go back again and again.

I am very pleased with my visiit . I was asked throughout the store if I needed any assistance and found the store to be quite clean and very well stocked ,.. The lane I was near for check out was not open yet a gentleman named Walter saw me walk up and opened and took me immediately. They were very helpful and I would recommend the store for prices and for the very fine workers I also say they kept me safe as I would like an experience to be Thank you I shall return.

i like that they clean the carts often, when i asked for help the Employee showed me the isle i needed to go to find the items i was looking for very helpful , and i would like to say the cashier was very friendly give a shout out to Robin B .
