I shop this location often for personal and work. I recently was looking for garage doors for my home and found doors for what I thought was a great price for what I got. Not only doors but all the hardware & track came with it as well. Very pleased with the doors.

This store is just average. You do not get acknowledged by employees if they can help you find something. When you go back to get paint....be prepared to inconvenience the employee....she will let you know she is aggravated she has to help you.

If you are searching for appliances, please ask for Paul. He is knowledgeable, patient, and will take care of you.

We had two negative experiences in one weeks time. No assistance offered from any employees. They just walked past or stared without offering a word. The climate of the store was very dry, no energy at all...We normally do business with others, however, we figured we give Home Depot a try and boy did they disappoint. I never really understood why people stare so much. It’s quite simple. If your job requires you to help customers that means you’re providing a service. Anyhow, every time the employees walked near, I thought, “say something”, but they never did. Whenever we patronize a local business we expect to be greeted and receive stellar customer service. We received neither. I would suggest speaking to the manager on duty like we did during our first visit, but obviously that didn’t change anything during our second visit. Good luck!

I can find what I came from Charlottesville to purchase at this store most of the times I make the trip. Today when I got my bill I noticed I was charged twice for the same item so called the store & lady said I would have come to the store to have it corrected but than she transferred me to Keith who looked up my account & saw what I was talking about & agreed, so he made copies of the paperwork to have one of the charges taken off of my account. So thank you so very much Keith for taking care of the matter over the phone so I didn't have to make a trip to Waynesboro.

Staff that helped us buy grill, weekender, and bulbs were super knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend shopping at Home Depot, Waynesboro. VA.

It would have been helpful to receive a Funnel for the 5 gallon of paint $160 that we bought.

this store really thinks that having me walk all the way through their store by forcing me to enter in one door is protecting me from the virus rather than letting me enter the Lumber area and grab and go is crazy. Then to check out -self check you have to handle dirty scanner wand, touch screen register, touch screen credit card. One girl trying to assist and mange check out area and no regular check out aisle is insane. She cant handle the checking out part much less keep everything clean. hate to say it but Lowes has plenty of check outs open. Waynesboro Home Depot Stinks

I went in to purchase a combo of weed eater and blower, ours crapped out, Although the website stated it was instock...which it was...I couldnt get help to retrieve it from the top steal where products are kept. I waited, searched and wasnt acknowledged by a single person. I actually have to find my way around to help other customers in the store who knew i didnt work there but hey why not helped, I passed what they were looking for when i was searching for what i needed... I did the self checkout, the lady that was at the self checkout would have more than happy to help, however she couldnt leave her station.

Staff was great and helpful check out was easy, will plan on going again.

WE HAD GONE TO A COMPETITORS STORE AND THE SERVICE WASN'T GOOD . FROM THE TIME WE WALKED INTO HOME DEPOT, WE WERE ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP AND IN THE APPLIANCE DEPT. HAD A SALESPERSON, WHO WAS FRIENDLY AND LET US LOOK AROUND WITHOUT PRESSURE AND WAS THERE WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS AND WHEN WE WERE READY TO PURCHASE.

I had the most incredible experience with Ansley and Kristen in the Cabinet Dept. These two ladies went out of their way to answer all questions I had, review specifics of the products being looked out, and were not in a rush to finish up with the sale. They gave samples for me to take home and look at in my kitchen, set an appointment to come back and finish the sale. At the appointment, they were ready and waiting for me when I returned. Again, they dedicated time to answer a new round of questions and help make the final purchase. I have never had such an amazing experience! The store was clean, employees greeted me both times I entered the store and were available to help when I moved to another department. Great Experience!
