The associates are very knowledgeable about helping you find the things that you might need for your specific jobs. The items are of good quality and the people are pleasant. You usually carry items that are hard to find. The store is clean, well kept. Don't think you could ask for more.

I always visit this store since I am very familiar with the layout. Tthere is always somebody available to provide information or suggestion. And yes I am familiar with most of the staff. Also, most of the items I need are always in stock. And if it is not, then it can always be ordered online in store.

We were able to look for the product we wanted. The gentleman helped us to the counter to special order our needs. We questioned the credit card and was totally explained how it works for dated no interest charges. We went to the lumber area and a very nice young man "Jon" helped us with our questions and was able to meet our needs. We then went to the plumbing department where 2 associates helped answer our questions there. The put the product on a cart and we were able to check out using our new charge card application. Great Job! Thank you everyone that helped.

employees always ask you if you need assistance but do not huddle over you, always a great experience from the hardware dept, to appliances to millwork, any dept.

This store is my one stop shopping center for all items that I need for the home. They stock just about anything that you could need in home maintenance and repair. If it is not stocked, they will find it for you. The employees are awesome. They are knowledgeable, which is truly great to find in business these days. They are friendly, professional and have the tenacity of a bulldog to ensure they take care of your every need. The store is clean throughout. Checkout is speedy and parking is readily available. And, did you know that they have a military discount. Something you just don't see in Wisconsin with the limited military presence. Shop Home Depot and you will be satisfied.

Overall great experience in this store. One employee I talked to did not seem interested in helping me, but the one who checked me out was great.

I needed a panel cut down, and the personnel was extremely helpful getting this done. Check out was equally helpful. Everyone at the store was friendly and cheerful. Very pleasant experience.

I have obtain excellent service since 2004 when I moved to this area from Madison, WI shopping for walking stones and bricks to roof shinges(which I will be doing this summer because last summer my roofer told me I could go another 2 to 4 years.) I always enjoy looking at the flowers and trees just encase I want something exciting for my yard. There has never been a visit that I was disappointed, offended or came away unhappy. Thank you again for providing such wonderful experiences at this store.

found what I needed quickly as I am a past employee the lack of any associate willing to help me for that matter even acknoligize me was to say the least annoying

My recent visit to Home Depot, went very well. I was assisted by KC, while looking for a new range and over the range, KC answered all my questions, and helped with my purchase and setting up a delivery date.

The only thing I believe you have to change are the prices, you force Lake Delton area people to shop Menards in Baraboo, WI.

I find this Home Depot to be my favorite. Very helpful associates and had what I need.

It is so great to enter a store and shortly after entering have an associate ask to help you. The associates are always very helpful and know their departments. The quality of the merchandise they carry is great. We always enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

Spent 3 hours in store browsing and buying. Needed info on carpeting, kitchen back splash ideas and cleaning products for sold surface counter tops-everybody was so nice and helpful. Also went to tile/flooring dept to get info for project in my home.

People and products are great.Would recommend this stoe if you are looking for good products.

We were assisted by Sue Muntings, Appliance Specialist. She was knowledgeable, Kind, friendly, pleasant, had mega patience, and thorough. A real treat to work with. She deserves a huge pat on the back!!!!
