The garden center was clean and organized with lovely, fresh flowers and great gardening products. The service was wonderful, with help from the friendly cashier Deborah with lifting of heavy products!

The employees in this store were very helpful and friendly. Especially the woman in the paint department and Cara Berlin, the assistant store manager. Cara was not only knowledgeable and friendly, she was very patient and willing to help us! Cara went above and beyond. The next time I go to this store and need to special order something, I will seek Cara out.

The store was clean and products were fine. However the customer service specific to the Pro Desk was horrible. I needed help with getting 50 2x4's and was flat out ignored at the desk. After waiting several minutes for him to get off the phone he simply turned his back on me ignoring me as if I was not there. His peer saw this but instead of offering help continued speaking to a woman who had already checked out and had been speaking to the whole time. Frustrated I left the desk and placed myself in harms way pulling out the 2x4's my self. An older employee saw this and began to help which I was grateful for. This Home Depot needs to either hire or train staff in courtesy / customer service and refrain from wasting customer / company time speaking to friends on phones and at the checkout for extended periods of time. I will not use the Baraboo Home Depot again.

Home Depot has what I need most of the time. However, trying to find someone to help is often difficult if not impossible. The employees that are around are generally friendly and helpful.

Was very easy to find . And greeted very nice by everyone.

Always get help to find what I am looking for, and if they don't have it they offer to order it on line for me. Store was neat and uncluttered. Associates are always helpful and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

The folks who work here are consistently friendly and very helpful. They make shopping for maintenance items for our camp ground a breeze! Thank you and we'll be back!

Would not recommend going to this store lots of unstocked product poor product location difficult to find a worker in there respective departments for assistance and constantly excessively cluttered isles

Not impressed no customer service skills. When you ask a question it yeah what we carry is over there. There associates act as if your a burden. I'm sorry but what i buy is paying your bills.

We came to your store in search of adirondack chairs, which we did purchase. We also saw that the microwaves were on sale and ended up buying the LG stainless steel that was $100 off. Great price! We had some questions about it and the associate working in the kitchen department was very helpful! It was a successful trip!!

This is the only place to purchase paint from!!! I am serious! It took me running to get paint 3 times. I took a paint swatch to 2 different places and when I put them on the wall the colors weren't even close. I took that SAME paint swatch to HOME DEPOT and bam the color was exactly what I wanted!!!!! Very very very friendly staff as well.

Every time I have been there, I have never had to go looking for help-someone has always been close enough to help me. The people tell me about special events-once I was looking for a special light bulb, which Home Depot didn’t have, he got on line to see if he could find me one.

The staff at this store are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, compassionate and make your shopping experience a pleasure, not a pain. We had issues with GE and the delivery company, but the staff at Home Depot stepped in to do everything they could to help us. Because of the staff at this store, we will return for all future home-improvement and maintenance needs.

Suzanne was so helpful at the return register. She listened carefully, asked questions, and made sure my issue was rectified.

A few of the items I needed were in short supply, other than that I am pleased with the Home Depot.

Upon entrance of store I was greeted warmly by cashier, store was well lit, clean, and merchandise displayed and signed neatly. Sales person helped me right away and took care of my purchase courteously and efficiently. When ready to load my purchased item, young courteous gentlemen loaded it for me and asked if everything was ok. What a wonderful shopping experience. Great job and kudos to the store manager and his friendly, courteous staff.

The employees are very pleasant and so friendly!!!... I have been to Menards, in Baraboo... Dissatisfied, no help...but I find your store wonderful when an employee comes right to you and takes you where you need assistance...that is great customer service...
