Store is always clean and well stocked. I enjoy shopping at your store.

Our trip to buy roofing meterial was great, from clerks we met on the floor to the Clark at the service desk.

Upon entering I asked a store associate if they had shipping boxes. He knew RIGHT away, aisle 7. The cashier, TEDDY, was extremely courteous. GREAT STORE!!

Garden area is well laid out and easy to find what is needed. However, Persimmon trees have not been available over my last 3 visits. I have been looking for 2 'Chocolate' Persimmon trees to add to my home garden.

Absolutely awesome customer service! The one guy who everyone knew was the most knowledgeable regarding deadbolts was helping someone else, another staff member tagged him off so he could help me. They were right too, the associate was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me, gave a ranking on the brands and even pulled out multiples of each of the brands I was interested so I could call my husband to see what he wanted, the associate told me to leave the items I didn't pick right there and he would put them away. Awesome!! Plus gotta love self checkout and no lines!

Garden associate Carol was knowledgeable about the products I was trying to find....lead me right to them. I will be shopping there again. It's nice to run into associates who care about their customers.

Always helpful associates. Just wish they would stock better. Was wanting to buy a drill driver from dewalt and website showed 3 on hand and the store didn't have 1. Was told it would be in on the 15th, it is now the 25th and I got tired of waiting so I went to another Home Depot to get it cause I coiuldnt wait any longer

Have recently moved to Marysville from Sacramento, where I had two clean, well-organized, well-stocked Home Depot stores filled with helpful and well-informed employees within five miles of my home, and was looking forward to enjoying a similar shopping experience here in Yuba City. Regrettably, I have been disappointed - on more than one occasion. This store is laid out in ways that make no sense to me, particularly in the lighting/electrical aisles, which jog oddly and seem to consist largely of dusty, half-empty shelves and apologetic associates. The hardware section is dark and confusing and, as of 14 May, the bulk chain reels are in such daunting disarray I bought only one of the three items I started in there for. If things haven't improved in another couple of months I'll become a regular customer at one of the local Ace Hardware outlets despite the higher prices.

The associates are always helpful and friendly. Not only do they take the time to find or direct me to an item, they patiently explain to me what I need or don't need for my project. Thank you.

i promptly rec'd all info on product that i asked for. The associate gave me additional info that did not ask about. My in-store purchasing experience was excellent. The dishwasher was to be delivered on time 2 days before a huge party I was having. However, when the appliance arrived and was taken out of the box it was completely damaged and had to be reordered.I had to take another day off for the next arrival date. This did put a huge damper on my buying experience.

Bought some hanging lanterns for outside and after returning the one frame lowes that broke the first day. They had unique lanterns and when asked about a military discount didn't get and I'm unsure answer.

I have been back now 4 times to look for violet food, always out

Home Depot had the item we wanted at a fair price and it was in stock at their Sacramento warehouse. The store associate was pleasant and very knowledgeable and we received our new washing machine within a few days. The delivery men set everything up and gave me a quick orientation and even hauled away the old washer for free. We are very pleased with our purchase experience.

Customer service in Garden Area was helpful and friendly. Customer service in Paint area and Plumbing Area was non-existent. Employees were standing around in groups talking, oblivious to customers needs. I was totally ignored and overlooked in Paint section and finally gave up. There is never a shortage of friendly, knowledgeable assistance at Lowes. Behr Paint is considered to be very good but your employees make it very difficult to want to purchase. Where is management?

I love going into the store, I find myself spending way to much time in the store looking at stuff that I don't need. ..and spending more money than I need to. The store has everything you need and more .the staff there are great and go out of there way to help you

Minus the lack of availability of employees to help you, the store is clean, the lighting is great, the availibility of products is excellant, it is centrally located with plenty of parking and handicap parking right in front. Kudos to this store for all else.
