I only say I would recommend the store is if you really need something. The store has what you need, but the customer service is almost non existent.

STAFF FRIENDY AND EAGER TO HELP

Nice store well stocked dont be afraid to ask for assistance loading, our loader was knowledgable and caring, didn't make us feel stupid when we had no clue as to how to load a bulky item.

The store is neat and clean, well stocked, but what makes this store so nice to shop at are the employees, especially Ken the greeter. I am a 72 year old man and have often needed help loading items into my car. Ken has ALWAYS volunteered to help, love visiting this store.

Had a great experience on a complicated long order at the customer service desk. A friendly associate that was very patient and helpful in our order. Did not seem to get frustrated with our order. Even was offered a bottle of water. Store seemed clean and organized.

It was very easy to create a will – call at the service desk. The line was short, surprisingly and the customer service was efficient .

I ordered online. Went in and picked up my order in NO TIME! The customer service rep even had a staff member load it for me - saving my back! They get pretty busy. Anytime after 6pm, I find, is the best time to go there. They also took care of my return item- a roll of insulation - without making me go stand in a different line. I have to say- the fact that they keep my order for a month makes it much more convenient to pick up when I can. I have a small truck so I also like the fact that they let me pick my order up in increments. I feel kinda lazy shopping online and coming in to pick up but it has been so easy for me! This totally beats walking around like a zombie endlessly searching for an out of stock item. Such a time saver! Beats Walmart`s grocery pick up for speed and convenience. Super COOL! Tip: If you shop in the store- use your phone with the Home Depot app and it will tell you exactly where to find your items. (Isle and bay). Simple. THANKS AGAIN!

Convenient location , lots of inventory, close to other stores, ample parking and friendly staff

I do like home Depot for many items, but only go if I know where those items are because many times I have found its hard to get anyone to help you find something in the store, even if your walking around. Store is always clean and well organizied and the the folks checking you out up front are great.

The store is wonderful but there are some things that I'd like them to carry. Other then that it's great.

The store is clean and easy to navigate. The electrical selection of materials is clean and organized. Checkout is fast and the pro checkers are very nice!

Recently I made a large purchase because I was building a workshop on my property. I went to the Pro Service Desk. Even though I am not a large contractor the employee(s) were very polite, friendly, professional, and walked me through the process on what I needed to do to make my purchase. I returned with a list of all the items I needed, down to the number of lock washers. With my order complete I only waited a few days when another very polite, friendly, professional, employee showed up at my residence. He unloaded everything right where I had asked. He then stayed and patiently waited while I counted each item right down to those lock washers to confirm my order was complete and that I was happy. I am happy to report I was very happy. This service you provide where you gather everything up I ordered at your store, and deliver it, is priceless. As I told each of your very valued employees, thank you, from your very happy, loyal, customer!
