They don't always have what you need, but they will bend over backwards to find it for you and help you get it. The associates are friendly and if they pass you they always ask if you need help with anything and if you do they help you out in a friendly relaxed manner. The check out is always and the check out clerks are friendly and attentive.

I've purchased a number of items at my Yuba City CA store over the years (last large items were a new washer and dryer on pedestals) and have found the associates to go out of their way to help me. I'm a senior with back troubles so standing or walking for any length of time really bothers me. The staff always greet me and helps with the kiosk if I'm in a hurry because I'm "computer challenged" and don't understand those things. They're always are happy to do so!

yes i would the products are catagorized and labeled so i could understand what i was am using there are employees helping on all aspects whether its a custmers spilled drink or directions to the bathroom i wasnt bothered by anybody and if i wanted help theres always ann empoyee close by

The store was very clean and not cluttered. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful.

This was a great experience. The only thing I did have an issue with was trying to track down someone to help me grab some plywood off the top shelf, but I can't blame anyone. The store was rather busy! Thanks so much, and keep up the great work and hustle! :)

Every time I go to home Depot which is a lot I find personal very helpful and friendly they help me with the things I'm not so sure about they show me how things work I liked the fact that the stove I just bought was on sale yay and free delivery thank you Deborah sanchez

store wasn't clean, pallets of stuff everywhere that didn't look appealing. Door guy didn't know how to order a special order a pantry door with hinge prep...supply lines were a mess...too many people in the aisles to have so much stuff in the aisle, gave up on faucet purchase and ended up buying at lowes. if you don't know exactly where something is in this store youre pretty much going to waste an hour looking for it. It wasnt all bad though, the cashier deactivated my ceiling fan but didn't scan it through the register, so I got it for free. I'm the honest type and would have told the cashier had I noticed, but I didn;t and I am not driving back to pay for your error, so thanks!

So many items that the other comparable stores did not carry made a mental note will probably come back and buy them at another time. It's quite helpful to have a little diversity between stores. Check out was excellent as Gladys did a good job, with profession and some nice candor that brings the shoppers experience at the store a little better. Thanks Gladys!

Kelly the loader is awesome!!! He helps me every time I am in there, very nice and knowledgeable. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help wherever needed.

All i had to do was walk in the store and look up at the signs, go to the "tools" one and glance toward the kind of tools i needed. There was a store associate there who asked if I needed help but I didn't since I found what i needed. The Home Depot seems to be the only place that carries Dremel tool bits which is nice since i don't have to go too far. Self check out was a breeze.

Went to store to purchase some hot glue sticks and a bigger hot glue gun. Had to walk around the store to find the hot glue gun because no associate could be found. So I found the hot glue guns and glue sticks for the new gun, also was looking for the smaller glue sticks. I could not locate any of those. So I stood in the tool barn for 15 minutes and not one associate came by or one even ask if I need any assistance. There was associate that was about 30' away that was helping anyone who came to the self check, and even when on one was there did he even come and ask if I need any assistance. All he did was stand at the self check. If I did not need to use my credit card so it would not be deactivated I would have put what items I had down and went over to Lowes. And yes people if you do not use your Home Depot credit card at least once a year they will deactivate it foe lack of use.

Products are easily found. Store is always clean and staff is very helpful.

On 7 July 2015 at approximately 7 PM I entered the Home Depot store expecting and exasperating situation with my returns. After waiting several minutes at the returns counter as there were several people in front of me and only one store employee. When it was my turn I explained my plight to the store associate named Bobbie. Expecting resistance, she quickly turned the situation around and was quite pleasant and very helpful, even multitasking with other customers and phone calls, taking everything in stride in a calm, cool, and efficient manner. Well, I must say I was very thankful for this young lady to be so efficient and understanding. Thank you Bobbie!

I really liked how clean and nice the place was. I bought a washer and dryer and I had a very helpful Associate.

I visit homedepot.com before went to the store so I have already a idea about what I was looking for so when I went to the store I was convinced of what's I needed

The sale associate Tammi was super nice and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me find the products that I was searching for as well as being efficient while checking me out at the register! Wish there were more people like her!

I have shopped at this store for about 9 years and always find the products I need at very competitive prices. I also like that way the store is organized; it makes shopping that much easier and faster. The store associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have also used a HD Project Loan. From application to use the entire process was easy and I completed the project well below what I was expecting. As a military retiree, I also appreciate the HD policy of the 10% military appreciation discount. Although, this is not the sole reason I shop at the HD. I continue to shop there because it meets all my project and home needs.

I came across a lazy employee sipping his drink and he saw my cart was full and still pointed all the way to the front of the store to go get a "lot" boy. My cart had cement in it and it was hot. It would have taken him two seconds to assist me. So i headed back and found a wonderful employee who dropped everything and followed me back to garden. The garden person whom i told to get tape to secure the lattice couldn't even do that...they brought some paper tape that didn't stick so after we had rolled the lattice I had to wait again and hold the lattice in place until he came back with the correct tape. He was awesome. The cashier was a girl assisting a male customer. They took FOREVER! Customers behind me were leaving because she was talking with him and he was just flirting with her in regards to working the debit machine...i finally asked how much longer because self service was empty but my cart was totally full. When she finished with him and started my cart she said she would give me 10% off for the trouble i thought that was fair and said thank you. After i got home not only did she not give me the ten percent discount she missed one bag of cement when i asked for six more bags she only charged me for five and had the guy load five now i have to drive miles just to get one more bag!!! How do you mix up six vs. seven??? I think i will stick with Lincoln home depot. They are awesome...they cover every crevice and corner of their store with employees who are ready to jump even on the hottest days...

I would like to thank Tyler, my cashier, who assisted me with my recent purchase of retaining wall blocks. He had two associates assist me getting the blocks out of the store and loaded into my truck...THANK YOU! I don't look ancient, but they were very helpful. All I had to do was get them home and unload them. Thanks again!

Store was clean, neatly organized and all items I was searching for were in stock. The assistant at Checkout, Tyler, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He is a great representative of The Home Depot

I was amazed at the sales persons I needed help in the electrical and I had like 4 sales persons like right there. I was like WOW that's what I call help lol.

Good job, you earned my respect and I appreciate our Yuba City Home Depot and the good products and great customer service it provides.

It seems lately, that it would almost benefit to just order the parts you need than to go to store and look for them. On average the store has 90% of what you need to complete a project. I feel the store is more for contractors than the average do it yourself. On a positive note I have found some hard to find items at this store. The one thing that gets me is when asked did you find everything you need and most people say yes but really they didn't. The big thing for me is well we can order it for you, and I say I could have done that myself at home and saved the gas coming to the store. I would recommend that if doing a large project, research online and call for the hard to find stuff first and make sure they have it before you start your project.
