Is this really 55in wide? It looks a little narrow on the review photos.

AnswersIt is actually 52 inches based on my measurements. Our 55 inch TV fits on it in the bedroom with just a few inches on both ends for spacing (the 55 in TV is actually only around 48 inch in length if you think about it).

The product itself is probably pretty good but we were unable to assemble our dresser as it arrived a huge jumbled mess. The dresser had clearly been returned to the warehouse and just shipped back out to me because all the bags with the hardware were open and screws were loose, the foam that keeps everything together was all over the place so nothing was packed well in transit. We had to ask for a return as we couldn't trust all the pieces would be in there and we didn't pay full price for someone's returned item. I'm afraid to order another one as I'm worried I'll get the same dresser again or another returned item. I'm very disappointed as I really loved the look of this dresser. Maybe I'll try again later. Pictures below are from immediately opening the box without touching any of the product.

I ordered a dresser from your brand on Home Depot. I could not finish to mount the dresser because of a defect of 2 pieces (J) .
You can imagine how frustrated I am about this.
I will change my rating after they contact me.

Absolutely love this dresser! Can’t believe how fast I got it after placing my order. Anywhere else in this current situation would have taken much longer than the two days that it took for me to receive. I was able to put it together all by myself (other than a few screws that my 4 year old daughter helped with :). Very highly recommend this dresser. I think it took under an hour and a half to put together. Definitely would take less if 2 people were doing it. Only tool needed outside of what comes with it is a Phillips head screw driver.

The customer service department went to great length to help solve the issue in a very timely manner. This is the kind of customer service you want to deal with. I am satisfy with my product which looks great in my bedroom.

Aesthetically it is sleek and modern, and weighed a ton so that's a pro for some people. Assembling took about a few hours with two people. The worst part are the knobs which looked cheaper in person and don't actually line up exactly with the holes on the drawers so we had to resort to using a hammer to make them line up where it needs to go.
Functionally the drawers don't pull out that far so it hinders the size of things you can actually store in these drawers. They also don't sit exactly flush with the front (if you look at it very carefully) and you have to sort of "slam" it for the drawer to go back in. It is not a dealbreaker but can be somewhat annoying.
Overall I'd get this on sale but not at the full price.

i went to go pick it up at the store and it looked like the box went through a tornado i couldn’t even take it home with how horrible the box looked all the parts were inside the box .

First off, the shipping on this dresser was so quick! I received it in 3 days after ordering. I was expecting to wait well over a week. Secondly, this dresser is beautiful. It is so nicely made and the wood coloring is so pretty. It was also fairly easy to put together. I had to do it by myself and had no trouble at all. It's solid and heavy duty and the drawers slide in and out so nicely. This dresser is definitely worth the cost, the quality and durability of it is amazing.
