Stainless Steel Adhesive Shelf/Drawer Liner

I have used this product (Gold) for under the cabinets, over my kitchen sink, to reflect more light. Has been there for years and is holding up well. Covered an ugly florescent light fixture that is mounted over my kitchen sink, added beading, modernizing it. I have also used it on the metal legs, of a metal and glass shelving unit I have behind the bathroom toilet. The legs were rusting due to the urine splatter (boy mom) and bathroom steam showers my son takes. I really love this product so I bought two more rolls to stock up. It's easy to apply, just like contact paper. I even have used it on gift boxes. So pretty. They have a brushed nickel finish to them so it is very forgiving where the seams are.

Got the job done, take your time

A thin product, thin like aluminum foil. Tears easily and sticks to everything before you can position it in the right spot and when you try to gently lift to reposition it, it tears or wrinkles ugly. Also, if you change your mind, it's too late. It lifts the paint off your appliance so now you have to cover it. Looks great on the roll. Sorry. I love everything I have ever bought from Home Depot except this!

I used this to transform my dishwasher and the end result was great. The paper is easy to work with but I would suggest spraying water on the appliance then try to align the paper. You couldnt even tell this was a black appliance before the partial cover up.

I had a really unlikely need for this contact paper, couldn't find anything that would do what I had in mind so decided to give this a try. Working great !!

If you are using for appliances, use it for small ones and something that's not in direct sunlight. I used it on my old dishwasher, which was all black, trying to match it up to my mostly stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Don't use a credit card to smooth out because it'll scrape up and leave marks on the contact paper. Maybe a cloth? Credit cards work for plasticky contact paper but not this one. Little tiny bubbles seemed inevitable but if it's not in sunlight you hardly even notice it. I can see how this works for other projects like on a wall and it would be awesome. I have left over so I probably will try something cool like that. Overall, it seems to be a good quality product but I wouldn't attempt to do this over a large surface. Works for a quick fix or temporary upgrade. In the picture I included I haven't used a razor to cut the edges off yet.

I used the sheets as a part of a design on my wall. It provided just the accent that I was looking for. It was thinner than I thought, so I was unable to use it as a backsplash option. However, I'm ultimately satisfied with the product.
