I am installing a glass sink in my bathroom because the only other type of sink that fits opening...
I am installing a glass sink in my bathroom because the only other type of sink that fits opening in the faux marble counter top is metal with ceramic coating. I have had to replace twice because of rust issues. But with glass I needed extra cushioning between metal drain parts and glass outflow hole. The washer that came with new drain assembly was not adequate (in my opinion), so decided this would provide excellent protection for my new glass sink.

Washer Too Small
I was really hoping that this Danco 2 in Pop-up Plug Washer would work, but it was too small. Unfortunately, Home Depot does not carry the Danco 88347, Size: 2-3/8" O.D. x 1-1/4" I.D. x 3/8"Thick. The extra 3/8" in outside diameter truly makes this a Universal Gasket for the lavatory pop-up. Fortunately, I was able to clean up my old washer and re-use.

2 in. Pop-Up Plug Washer, I've had this about a few weeks it is well made easy to use and it fits between your drain and your sink once tight provides a seal. should last many years it has meet my expectations I would recommend this product to a friend. Will buy again as needed I'll use silicon with mine to make sure I have a long lasting water tight seal.

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks that need to be replaced with a 2 IN. Pop-Up Plug Washer that we fix so if the other one goes bad we have the part to fix it. That's the one thing we don't like is having leaks under the sinks. We know the rubber parts don't last forever so it is good to have the right parts when you need them. These are great pop-up plug washers to have handy.

This is a high quality, flexible rubber washer intended for use with standard size (2") pop-up drains. You may wish to measure your sink opening or drain circumference before purchase to ensure that it is compatible. I will be using this washer when I replace a worn drain in my guest bath and will exchange the washer that comes with the new drain with this one which I am confident will provide leak-free service.
