Q:I read all the 1-star reviews. Almost all of them said the telescoping stand wouldn't stay locked. Delta's response was always "sorry" and contact customer service. Why would I buy an item with a known problem going back to 2016 that still isn't fixed?

We purchased this toilet paper holder for our fully renovated bathroom and it looks so upscale next to our modern one-piece toilet. It was priced reasonably and exactly what I had envisioned for the space. Found on the shelf of our local Home Depot, one of the simplest transactions we had through this renovation!

Purchased this for a very small bathroom to give a little more elbow room. It was easy to assemble, is sturdy and is easy to reload. We had a similar one that had a cheap plastic roll holder and it quickly broke and we couldn't find a replacement roll holder.

Excellent Choice
After our 1/2 bath renovation, when deciding to place the wall mounted paper dispenser, we changed our minds and found this alternative. Placed near the toilet, it is out of the way and easily accessible. The toilet is close to the wall, and the previous wall mounted dispenser was always in the way. This dispenser is great, has a weighted bottom stand, and is so easy to replenish the roll. Great price and value. Strongly recommended.

A Nice addition to my bath
This paper holder is attractive and easy to assemble. Assembly took about 2 minutes - screw on the base and and paper holder and you're done.
It's all metal except for the plastic bar that holds the roll. The base is weighted and weighs 2.5 lbs. It's reasonably stable but could be knocked over if someone bumps into it. The finish is nice and matches our other Delta bath accessories.
The height adjusts between 17" and 25" using a twist-to-lock height adjustment.

Poor design.
Can't get the telescoping part to stay up, so TP is very low. ALready threw away the box so I cannot return. Junk.
