When I take my towel off the bar the whole bar lifts up and comes off. Why is that and how do I fix it?
Asked by Lauren May 10, 2016next time it comes off, get a screwdriver and tighten the bracket up next to the wall. put a little more resistance pressure on it. if it still lifts, bend in your holding tab just a little. if it won't tighten next to the wall, you don't have a good anchor. you will need to redo them w new inserts or, best of all, go to a stud .
