Stainless Steel Treatment Kit with 3-Coating and 3-Cleaning Wipes for Fridges and Appliances

I would like to start off, that this product has been great so far. But I am giving it a 2 star rating based on packaging and instructions. I ordered 3, just in the off chance I needed more. In the picture above, it shows the stainless steel treatment box with 2 pre cleaners, 3 packets of Stainless steel treatment, a blue rag and a restoration packet. THAT IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED in any of the 3 boxes I have. What I received was the box that says Stainless Treatment, all three of the instructions are for Enduro Shield GLASS Treatment, with NOTHING explaining the Stainless procedure. There was 1 packet of restoration, a dry cloth in a packet, 2 packets of pre cleaner, a blue cloth, and a spray bottle that says Stainless Treatment (not in a packet as described in picture). I can understand switching out the 3 packets of stainless steel treatment wipes for a spray bottle and a dry cloth, that is not my issue. So I thought to myself that since the instructions are for glass and it is pretty much the same product I purchased (I hope), I went to the website and downloaded instructions for the Stainless Steel procedures. Then the instructions say to remove the application cloth from the EnduroShield sachet and wipe up and down. Here is where I had to use brain power. The cloth was dry, bone dry. So I'm standing there like, this doesn't really feel or look like it has chemicals on it. So as I rubbed down the fridge for a min, I thought to myself USE THE SPRAY and then use the cloth per the horrid instructions. Once I used my brain power and used the spray, it started to dry pretty quick, and thank god I had 3 kits, because I ended up using 2 bottles of the spray because I really wasn't sure what I was doing at this point and time and not sure if I was to lightly mist the dang fridge or soak it. At this point it smells and looks like I just sprayed some kind of rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover on my fridge. So after rubbing and rubbing with the spray, dry cloth thing and then the blue sachet, I really do hope I did this right. So far a day later, the fridge looks great, and my kids grubby hand prints are not all over it.

I used this on my stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and range hood, and used the entire contents of this kit at one time. Using the products in this kit according to the instructions is fairly time-consuming, it took me several hours to clean and treat the above three appliances, but it does seem to work. There are three steps to the cleaning and protecting process; first is to use the restoration polish wipe (kit contains only one) for removing difficult stains or streaks; second, you use the pre-cleaning wipes (3 wipes) for cleaning everyday stains from your appliance(s); and third you use the treatment wipes (3 wipes) to protect your appliance(s) and reduce everyday stains, fingerprints, water streaks, etc. The treatment wipes are alcohol-based and I found you have to use them quickly, because the alcohol evaporates easily and the wipes dry out. Also be sure to use gloves, because some of the ingredients can be irritating to the skin. The kit also contains a special microfiber cloth for polishing your appliance(s) and another smaller blue cloth. Three days after applying the contents of this kit, I have noticed a good reduction in fingerprints and other smudges on my refrigerator's surface. Before, I felt the need to clean the surface every day. On my dishwasher's surface, I still notice water streaks, so it has not visibly reduced those. My range hood also is still very clean and seems to repel any grease spots better than before. So all in all, I think this stuff works for the most part.

This product did not work on the stainless steel at all. Had to find another product to remove the water spots. Water does not bead up as shown on advertisements.

Works great just takes time to apply. The end result is great. I definitely would recommend.

not worth the money - cleaning pads / solution is not quite effective - coating works fair on frigde but poor in sink

Not a good product. Too little product and it didn't work Tried to clean it with the pre-pre treatment......still left streaks. Then I used the pre-treatment and it did not clean completely.. Tried the product and ran out before I finished trying to coat my refrigerator door. Plus it left new streaks. The door looked worse than before I started. A waste of time and money. Got some "Magic stainless steal cleaner and polish. It really was Magic. Cleaned up the door in less than 30 minutes and now the streaks are gone. With 17 ounces of Magic I hardly used any and it should last a long time.

Did not come with instructions, but they were easy to find online. Product cleaned and polished well.

Horrible product. It’s basically rubbing alcohol. It evaporates before you can wipe it. Threw it in the garbage. Don’t buy it.

Made streak s that were never there before. Difficult to get thise streaks out now. Wish I never used it!

I purchased this product to seal the control panel for my Stainless Viking Cook top after I replaced the faded black lettering on it. Although this product is designed for use on other stainless steel appliances, I am quite happy with the overall results!
