Great material for metalworking projects
I wanted secondary condensate drain pans for two central air conditioning units. The pan sizes I needed weren't standard, and getting metal A/C secondary condensate drain pans are very expensive in custom sizes. So I decided to make them myself. The 26-gauge is thick enough to be very sturdy, yet thin enough to still be workable. The galvanized material is very nice and uniform, with a thick coating of zinc. The pans I made are built like a tank, and should last a lifetime.

Perfect for my HVAC project
Purchased to close the old humidifier hole in the air return duct. Easy to cut and attach with self tapping screws. Finished the job with aluminum tape for an air tight duct.
