I let the unit fill for about 3 hours and it only produced about 2.5 quarts. Does this sound right?

Why is there a cancer warning what part does this effect
Asked by Kelly November 4, 2020Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Our systems are completely safe and paraben free. The only reason we are required to apply Proposition 65 is because the ink used for the labels on the outside of the system may contain small amounts of said chemicals.These labels never touch the water or the filters that the water passes through. Our under sink 5-Stage RO Systems are NSF Certified, and we are currently working on adding more products for NSF Certification. What is the pH of the alkaline water?
Asked by Walt February 20, 2020I tested it with the kit that has you match the colors of multiple squares of paper, which can't be all that precise, and it looks like it came out to be an 8. Definitely not higher than a 9 I would say.
What is the finish of the included faucet?

Can you use generic filters when its time to replace? what happens if the company stops making them?

The Membrane will be the only one that may differ depending on GPD, and the Inline Post Carbon Filter on top will differ in the type of connections. Best Regards,
