I ordered (3) pairs of these fixtures and None of them have gaskets.

Can the New Motion sensor bulbs be used in this light?
Hi Letty, thank you for your inquiry. As long as the wattage and base of the bulb is compatible with the fixture it should work. Please note that the fixture partially covers the bulb, so motion may only be detected once directly under the fixture.
Are these dimmable?
60 watt max bulb. The light switch and bulb will determine if yiu can dim the light.

can these be painted? Really wanted them in cobalt blue.

Anything can be painted with proper prep work. Sanding, priming and the usual should suffice, of course using the proper paint & primer for metals and outdoor Applications.
We purchased brushed bronze. If you sand it lightly with fine emery cloth or steel wool and put primer on before the paint it should holdup. We wanted brushed bronze and that is why we chose this model. Spray paint will never holdup as long as the original finish.
how do u attach globe to light fixture? there is no way to screw on nor r their clips ?

1) Unscrew the insert from the light bulb socket 2) place lamp hood in place and 3) screw insert back into the light bulb socket which is designed to hold the hood in place.
