Answer

No! No! No! That cord is rated at 15 Amps maximum! To make the application safe you only want to use 80% of the cords15 Amp maximum! You will need a cord using a #12 wire which has a 20 amp maximum draw! I would suggest you contact an electrician to add an additional 20 Amp receptacle!

I think air conditioners should have their own dedicated outlet. So better plug your lamp to another wall outlet.

Will this be a good fit for my husky 30 gallon air compressor?

As long as your compressor needs less than 15 Amps this should be fine. If it needs 'close' to 15 amps, make sure the cord doesn't 'overheat' (usually at the ends), and if it does, you'll have to get a '12 gage' cord instead of the 14 gage.

Depends on amperage rating of the dryer. If it is below 15 amps it should handle the load safely. Above that, don't use.

This 6 foot extension cord is rated for heavy duty task and can handle up to 15 amps. The14 gauge wire can handle the high load of my window A/C (12,000 BTU) in the summer and my large space heater (1,500 watts) in the winter, I also use this occasionally for power tools. The downturned plug head is a nice feature to stay flush to the wall when your electric outlet is behind something. Uses a triple prong grounded plug.

Great quality
Add me to the list of people who like this. I have several of them, and use them for many purposes - refrigerators, outdoor coffee roasting machine (draws 1200 watts), dehyrator, etc. Any time I have an applicance that draws a medium to high current, and I need an extension, I grab one of these. I have plugged / unplugged them hundreds of times, and both plug ends are still in great shape. No significant power loss.

I bought the extension cord to run my dehumidifier, the cord on the dehumidifier was just a few feet short! I investigated the dehumidifier unit and found out it draws approximately 9 amps! To keep it safe I purchased the 15 amp cord! Works perfectly and no need to worry about a warm extension cord meaning the cord is being overloaded! A very safe and wise investment!
