After a half hour of burning on high, I started to lose the heat tank was about a quarter filled. Is this normal?
Hi FrankT, we appreciate your business, and want to thank you for your purchase. No, the heater should burn anywhere fron 8 to 10 hours long. 30 minutes on a fourth of a tank is not normal. Please check for leaks by using the soapy water test as outlined in your owner's manual.
