What size screws do these need?

AnswersI used #12 but you could go to a 1/4 if you made the hole bigger. there are 3 sets of two holes you could use 6 screws, I used 3. The material and thickness must be considered too. Sorry, I need more information to suggest an exact screw.

AnswersYes, the leg and mounting plate are a set. It is roughly 5 inch diameter but somewhat triangular shaped with 3 sets of two holes. they are 3-1/2 to 4 inches apart depending on using the close or far set of holes.

Answerswith no additional height adjustment on a hardwood floor they measure 27 5/8" from floor to underside of desk/table. You can then add additional length by unscrewing the large feet

Mounted these to a oiled live-edge slab walnut to make an end table. The slab was 2" thick so it was heavy. The four legs were mounted with heavy screws and held fine. The added bonus was the legs are adjustable which came in very handy for our slightly warped wood floor to give stability.
Worth the Wait

Outstanding legs I will use again for projects in the future. These legs are large and sturdy. The base plates are a suitable size for the legs. These two facts combine to eliminate the wobble experienced with similar (and smaller) Ikea legs. I've attempted to capture the difference in size in an attached photo, as well as the size of the mounting plate.
The Hettich online catalog has a chart containing the specifications of each table leg product. The chart suggests the load capacity is 150 kg per leg.
Lastly, the photo of the computer desk I built shows the size of the legs vs. the overall project. The desktop is 42" wide by 31" deep. The legs look a tad large in relation to the table top, but not outlandish, and they are rock solid as I mentioned previously.
A note about delivery: I ordered these on a Sunday night. HD's expected delivery date was two Fridays later. The legs shipped the following Friday, and I received them Monday, which is much faster than the ground transit time from Georgia to New Jersey of either major carrier. Shipping speed compensates for delay in shipping, and I was very pleased to received them early.
In sum: outstanding legs, excellent shipping experience.

We purchased these legs for a custom computer table, and they are perfect. The fact that they are adjustable makes them even better since the front two legs sit on a rug and the back two do not. The table is sturdy and stable. I think the table looks great, and it gives me the space I need for my new desktop monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I highly recommend these legs. Screws to attach the legs to the table top are NOT included and need to be purchased separately.
Everything about this was good but I wish it had come w screws. Otherwise great!
