AnswersThe back panel can be cut into for non-centered plumbing. In my application, I was able to cut holes through the back panel to accommodate the piping.

AnswerHello, the vanity is made from rubberwood, describe below: Rubberwood is a low-cost light wood that is harder than most other wood types, which classes it as a hardwood. The ‘rubber’ in its name suggests flexibility which is often required in smaller furniture items. It is the same tree that produces latex (milky white sap) when a sliver of bark is removed. The side are made with veneer, and the inside selves are MDF.

Don’t Buy Any of their Product- Won’t honor warranty!
Poorly designed and cheap wood. Marble top too heavy to be placed on the fiberboard pedestals. It will crack and expose the fiberboard within weeks. Common problem. COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR PURCHASED WARRANTY! Said they will refund $250 and provide touch up paint and wood filler but will not replace the product...what’s the point of the warranty?!

Aberdeen 36” Vanity
We purchased this vanity in October 2020 and was installed by a contractor in November. Everything looked fine after the installation and then within 2 weeks cracks started forming around the decorative sections on the right side of the vanity. Its progressively getting worse and worse and now looks absolutely horrible and for the money spent we find this to be totally unacceptable. This was supposed to be a renovation and now looks worse than the vanity it replaced.

Not even two months in and it’s cracking. There was a very little amount of water on the shelf and it bubbled up! I’m talking maybe the size of a quarter of water and it bubbled up the size of a palm

Beautiful and spacious.. But...
The vanity is very beautiful and Spacious . If I didn’t have so much trouble with the drawers I would’ve gave this vanity five stars. I tried to remove the drawers but I was not able to open them. It took me hours to open the drawer and fix the issue with the rail .

Cracks everywhere
We purchased this item for our new home , it is a beautiful piece to look at ...for the first few months...it started cracking in several places and turned yellow even though we consistently cleaned it and took great care of it..such a disappointment for the amount of money we paid..it looks like it’s 20 years old and it hasn’t even been 2 years !!!! I will never buy any item from this brand and will not recommend it to others

Wood is cracking after 2 weeks of install
This vanity was beautiful and we looked at tons of them. and then only after 2 weeks of it being installed all the wood is chipping on the sides. We also had to make a hole in the shelf for the plumbing to fit. Would not recommend.
