AnswerAll our vanities follow the most stringent safety and environmental rules and regulations to ensure our customer safety, which is our top concern. All our vanities and wood products comply with both CARBII and the new EPA formaldehyde regulations. It is used in very low quantities help bind some materials, and though the smell can linger a bit, it is not in any way harmful and will dissipate on it’s own shortly. Rest assured none pf our products emit any amount of even remotely potentially harmful VOCs.

Beautiful!
The vanity arrived extremely well packaged. Absolutely beautiful!!! The only reason I am giving less the 5 overall is the shelf inside the doors does not allow for installation of through the floor pipes. We had to remove the shelf to install our pipes, and size of shelf does not allow us to reinstall. Also the shelf has an enclosure on the back to meet the bottom of the vanity. Since the shelf does not go all the way back to the unit, it would allow for items to fall behind it. Not a problem if you don’t need the shelf, just remove the shelf and the enclosure. We are absolutely thrilled with it overall. Very nice and well worth the money.
