So sad to leave this review
The fan looks great and was exactly the look I wanted for our front porch. Unfortunately like many reviewers, we have major issues with the remote control which renders it useless. I’m going to try to buy a third party remote to see if it helps, but as is, this is a huge disappointment.

    Works Well, Good Quality
I read the reviews about difficulty turning the fan on for the first time. Not going to lie, we too had that issue too. The instructions require you to initially "pair" or allow the remote to learn the fan after installation is complete. This should probably be done as part of the manufacturing process and not passed on to the buyer. The new style fan DC motors do not immediately start the fan moving upon hitting the power button/switch. Just sits for a long 5 seconds. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

      Exactly what I was expecting
Beautiful fan. Pushes a ton of air in my little bedroom. NOTE.. there is a delay when you turn on the fan. I have another type of fan that has a remote and it does the same thing. Once you know to expect it, it's fine. It's only weird the first time you wire it up and turn it on, nothing happens immediately, and you freak out and press more buttons. Don't worry, it's just processing your command. The dark wood didn't match my room. So I painted them..

        Motor rubs
This fan is loud as the blades rub on the motor. Remote works sometimes. Not worth the money. Looks nice although blades are plastic.

            Beware of a squeek
I bought 3 of them. 1st one went in great. 2nd one had a squeek after 10 min of running. Thought it was the motor so I swapped with the other new fan. Same squeek. After disassembly I found a rubber gasket under the post that was rubbing on the motor frame on every rotation. After moving the gasket up the post, all was good. I almost was taking these back.

              looks great, remote doesn't work....
I installed the fan and it looks awesome. it has a decent amout of wind on low. The remote is useless. It is almost impossible to turn the fan up or down. I have to imagine it's because the antenna is hidden. Do I regret the purchase, kind of. If the remote worked well I would give it 5 stars and a great review. I hope the manufacturer reads these.

                Moves air, looks fantastic
Just built a house, put one in living room, one on covered porch outdoors. Literally everyone who enters the first time comments on how cool they look. Creates perfect air movement in the room, even on lowest setting. I was psyched about using the “breeze” mode, but ended up not using it at all, cause you can audibly hear the fan slow down at intervals. It was a good idea, but not perfected yet. All fans should have DC motors to conserve electricity! Happy, despite the breeze mode failure.

                  I was mad at first
We installed the fan and nothing we tried would make the remote turn the fan on .....Until I put the battery in the remote the opposite of the way it says to, then boom I got blue lights on the remote and now we can enjoy our beautiful powerful and quiet fan.
